These are the best over the counter sleep aid I've used, they taste great and they work.

Ineffective
Sadly, this sleep-aid was not helpful for me and it is NOT returnable. Yes, I responsibly followed the instructions/directions. In my case, it is a waste of money and time. I do not recommend.

Hardly helps me sleep
I thought when I ordered these tablets that I would really get a good night sleep because of the reviews. These tablets might help some people, but I am not sure one of them. I will sure not order them again. I was very disappointed to say the least.

The BEST!
I have never had anything better when it comes to taking something to sleep. It amazes me how quickly I get tired after taking it. By the third night, I began to feel it kick in and has worked like a charm since. I have several friends taking it now. Highly recommend taking this.

This is the ONE product that works for me.
Other products don't work, or they leave me groggy in the morning. I don't have trouble when I first go to bed, but four hours later, if i awaken, Avinol PM helps me find peaceful rest for the next 3 to 4 hours. Then I wake up like what I think must be a "normal" person! 😀

Horrible Taste
I really wanted to like this. I have been taking the tablet form for a while. Usually liquid form of meditations act sooner. I did not have a quicker response. The main reason that I stopped taking it after a few days is because the taste is absolutely horrible. It made me so nauseous.

An expensive night's sleep
Sleeping has become an obsession now that I don't do it any more, so when I saw these advertised I took a leap. Results were pretty good - I found they did promote a few hours of sleep. But Oh My Gosh, when I went to purchase more, EXPENSIVE! Too rich for my blood, they will remain a one time purchase
