I have to confess that I like taking a multivitamin as an insurance policy - yes, I try to eat a balanced diet, but getting everything in... it can be a challenge.This particular offering covers the basics in a good amount: it offers a good coverage of the B spectrum, there is a good amount of vitamin A (which you may want to decide if you want or not), a basic amount of vitamin D, a baseline coverage of some minerals. There is also a good amount of vitamin K2, which solves a bit of a headache there. I love the fact that it comes in capsules and not in tablets - it makes the ingredients easier to absorb. I also love that the dose is 4 capsules. This allows to spread the dose throughout the day (you probably don't need all that stuff in one go), and also allows you to decide if you really want to take all of the 4 tablet dose, or if you want to go for something less (I prefer going for 2-3 capsules a day).What I don't particularly like: The vitamin D dose may be on the lower side, but it's still high enough to need to be taken into account if you decide to supplement in addition to that. Similarly, you need a magnesium strategy in addition to what is provided in this supplement (which may be a good thing, though).At $33 for a month's supply it is a bit on the expensive side for a multivitamin, but not excessively so. It claims to be tested for purity, and to be manufactured (which probably means packaged in capsules) in the USA from domestically and internationally sourced ingredients, which at least inspires some confidence in adherence to cGMP standards. Overall, I think it's a good offering.

I like that these are easy to swallow and I like that there aren't a bunch of funky ingredients. However, I guess I didn't read the dosage and that you have to take 4 capsules a day. I already take a lot of other supplements so for a multivitamin that just seems a bit much. Probably won't order again.

Instructions suggest taking 4 per day (that would make this a 30-day supply) but I will probably not take that many per day. My bottle expires Jan of 2025. Too many vitamins to name here - you can see for yourself the vast array of vitamins these capsules contain. Easy to swallow with no taste that I could detect.If these multivitamins only do half what they are targeted to do, they will be worth every penny of the $35 cost per bottle. Highly recommend taking this multivitamin for your overall health.

I take multivitamin supplement daily to make up for the potential deficiencies in my diet, especially given the fact that I don’t always eat the most balanced diet on a daily basis. This one has incorporated a wide range of vitamins, capsules are easy to swallow with water and taken with meals, no weird aftertaste. The only downside is that 4 capsules need to be taken as one single serving, so I break it down to 2 capsules per meal, twice per day. I would recommend giving this product a try!

I struggle with blood sugar regulation. I’m not diabetic, just the opposite, my blood sugar gets low often and then I shake and feel really dizzy. Generally, I have learned to regulate this with eating a lot of protein. But I have taken these the last 3 days, in the morning and in the afternoon I have felt shaky, dizzy, and like I need to sit down and take a break from my job, unfortunately I don’t have a job where this is a luxury so if this happens for a forth day in a row, I will need to stop taking these.

How do you review this sort of thing? I don't have a lab so I can't confirm anything about these pills.- they don't give me indigestion- they don't give me stomach problems- they are basic clear caps that are filled with a brown powder- so far, so good.
