Q: Do you know how a pan is measured? this says 11". is that from rim to rim or the bottom part only? thanks

As far as I know, they’re the same. But the safest bet would be to ask folks at Zwilling (which owns Demeyere).

yes, i have electric glasstop and use this pan. it will be better than others that will warp for use with the glasstop, which likes flat pans.

Q: Does anyone know if Demeyere has a lid that will fit over this frying pan? Will another Demeyere pan that comes with a lid fit over it? Thanks!

European pot and pan lid sizes are somewhat standardized. I'd take the pan to a store and try various lids out on it.
