I got this simply because of the shimmer in it, but the smell is divine and it does protect very nicely against the sun. It makes you stand out in the crowd as you sparkle quite a lot! Be aware that it does transfer onto surfaces and clothes unless fully dry.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this, so sparkly and glittery in the sunshine. Worked very well for me in Spain and Greece, I didn't burn once and tanned perfectly.It is expensive but I'll only use for pool/beach parties.

This might be good for twenty something girls that want a bit of a glowing look. For me, it just didn't look right.In terms of the sunscreen side of things, it seems to perform well. I have had to wait a while to review as I wanted to test it when we had sun and we've been blessed the last few days. It has a high rating and is a well known brand.Personally, I'd much rather use the Calypso once a day sunscreen (as named but I always apply more than once a day). The Calypso once a day stuff is far better. If you specifically want a bit of a glittery effect in your sunscreen get this instead.

I love this product. It’s expensive for what it is, but works so well. I’ve got really pale skin so adding some to my legs especially makes them shimmer. I use it on every space of skin that is visible!! lol.Great product and factor 50. Bonus

I found the sun cream to give a lovely shimmer and sparkle to my skin. It is a thick cream like most calypso sun creams so you really have to rub it in. The glitter does go everywhere, so if you're hugging anyone they will be a sparkle queen too. My fiancé didnt mind some sparkle, but some people might! I am not sure how effective the spf is in this sun cream. However, I did not burn when I wore it in 30 degree heat, just was a little more pink and freckley compared to when I wore other brands of factor 50 sun cream.
