This is my second bottle that I’ve purchased. Really helps increase energy levels and curb’s appetite. Does help some with blood sugar regulation. The capsules are about average size and nothing too large to swallow.

exactly what I wanted

This formula is amazing — I noticed improved digestion, less bloating, and more stable energy throughout the day. The added cinnamon and milk thistle are a great touch. No side effects so far, and I feel lighter and more balanced. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep using regularly.

I have tried berberine supplements before and prefer this supplement due to its efficacy and improved results. I have noted a weight reduction and decrease cravings since staring berberine supplement. I like that it is GMP certified and there are a variety of other valuable ingredients. I have been able to reduce my other supplement intake due to the versatility of this one pill. Of note, I have been taking 1 pill 2x/day for 2 months. I am going to increase to 2 pills in AM and 1 in PM to see if I feel more results in my joint inflammation ( 3 knee surgeries.)Update2 months post. I did not notice a change after increasing dosage. I ordered a new bottle and the pills were a different color and had a different scent to it. Concerned about product consistency.

Good buy

I have been pleased with this brand of berberine supplement. It provides a nice dose of berberine combined with some complementary ingredients. I am almost out, so I expect to order more.
