I love the fact this company plants a tree with thepurchase of every bottle. The products made by this company are top notch. Also the boxes they use to house their glass bottles are made sustainably with sugar cane. I honestly plan on buying all my vitamins and herbs only from this company.

This will calm you down and help you sleep but it also helps get your heart to slow a bit. I like taking it after a quick bite or a meal. I do not usually have upset tummy, but I think my body prefers using with some food before or after taking. Its is also good for Thyroid so I heard, but I didn't notice any difference as I take natural hormones and iodine anyway. Great for relacing and a sleep aide.

i really didn’t have to high of expectations but i’ve been a smoker for years now and within 2 weeks of me taking it i’ve not had one urge too do it , & even noticing i'm not as stressed as i usually am. Honestly i would totally recommend!!

After just a week of using Ashwagandha I've noticed my energy levels are better, I'm sleeping better, my inflammation in the form of body rashes seems to be getting a lot better, I'm having little to no sugar cravings (usually have a lot) and my overall mood seems to be happier and I'm thinking more clearly.
