As a skincare formulator the spear is a valued addition to an already purchased ph tester for emulsions

Stuck at 7 ph. No way of contacting the Co for a repair or replacement it's not broken or damaged no air bubbles it's always stored in storage fluid. Feel a bit conned as can't speak to any one about it but a bot.lasted 2 mths.caliberated fine the first month and then stopped working in the second🤦♂️.gonna buy another brand now.
