The fry pan is non- sticky & requires very little oil. Ideal for dosas & cheelas.Durable & of superb quality.

Was very happy with the product, but lately I can see that food seems to stick, especially the fish sticks to the bottom. However, for most of the part it works well as non-stick. Build quality is good and cleaning is also easy.

Great product, very happy with the purchase

I purchased the above mentioned product from Amazon and within 3 months the product became useless. The coating came off and after that whatever was being cooked started getting stuck to the pan.I raised a complaint with the Hawkins customer care and they asked for a picture that I duly send them. Within 15 minutes, a reply came that the cause of damage is cooking at high flame and they will not be able to help.I tried calling them many times and the ladies sitting there (namely Sonika Nath and Rani Sharma) were so rude that they did not listen and threatened me to go and do whatever I want.I am really pissed by their response and it is shameful that why will I pay so high to purchase Hawkins cooking pans when they have so useless folks sitting there who do not want to listen to customers.Really shameful Hawkins Customer Care or rather Hawkins Bouncers !!!!

It is a must-have item around the kitchen. I have been looking for a frying pan for some time now that is reliable and food like eggs etc do not get stuck when cooking. This pan fits the bill. I was looking at purchasing one for my daughter but unfortunately, it is currently unavailable.
