I was hesitant because it is pricey but I have to say the benefits are worth it.I have idiopathic constipation, hashimotos and celiac disease. I usually take Sena tea weekly but it isn’t good to take all the time. I was getting worried about my inflammation. I started taking this and the results were instant. Digestion has been the best I have ever had in my life. I am able to have at least one bowel movement a day which is not normal for me. I can go days without it and it’s awful.The only downside is side is having to remember to take this before each meal, which I don’t. I take it when I remember which is usually after my meals LOL, but it still works.Don’t worry if it arrives without an ice pack. The packaging says it doesn’t need one. I know some reviews say it should but not this one.I am excited to have found this and give it 5 stars!

I have searched far and wide, have bought the most affordable to the most expensive pro and prebiotics, going through dozens upon dozens of them, and no or barely any change at all.Well, I noticed a change immediately with this one. I did research on the enzymes that I lack that cause me to have CSID apparently, and in my case an aggressive form where I can't eat starches or sugars and most others, then I put the ones that are more rare in Amazon's search engine (thinking that this is probably not in most prebiotics therefore likely I didn't come across it yet) and came across this product.It contains something that affects an enzyme that I lack per my research. I gave it a try thinking it was just going to be money wasted again, but I saw an improvement that same day. My bloating went down and that hadn't happened in months with anything. I hope that I continue to see a difference. So far, two days and it seems to be working because I'm able to eat again without symptoms or hardly any.

I bought this product for my daughter who has moderate food allergies. The product works great and we have seen a great improvement in symptoms from reactions to various foods. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing this product again thru amazon. The first time I bought it, I bought it thru Vitamin World Discount and it arrived quickly and packaged properly with a freezer pack inside. The second time I ordered it, I thought I was purchasing it thru the same seller but when it arrived I realized that somehow the purchase went thru another seller (North Highland Traders) and was fulfilled by Amazon. It took alot longer to arrive (not really amazons fault since it was ordered around Christmas)and when it got here it did not have a freezer pack with it. Since it needs to be kept refrigerated for it to remain effective, I am returning it. I won't be ordering it again thru amazon since I'm not sure if it was even being stored correctly in their warehouse. If you are considering ordering this product, I would recommend ordering thru vitamin discount world via amazon (it seems to be unavailable thru their website, only thru them on amazon) or thru another company that ships it themselves, and not thru a company that allows amazon to fulfill their orders.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!Day 1) This product made me severely ill! Nausea, bloating, stomach pain, abdominal cramping and diarrhea. I spent the entire day on the couch.Day 2) I tried the pills again, thinking “maybe it was something else”, but I experienced the exact same symptoms more intensely and quickly after taking the pills. I spent another day in pain in the couch and was awake all night with horrible stomach pain.Day 3) I immediately returned the product. I didn’t take anything to let my stomach heal. I still have stomach pain, bloating and nausea.Click the 1 star reviews, others have claimed similar painful side effects. Harmful products product should be discontinued.

Bought two bottles already. Stomach feels better.

I used another bland and was recommended this one but unfortunately it does not work for me. I think it gives me the worse bloating in my life. I tried not to take it and felt much better.
