I've been looking for a good pair of earplugs for a while now, and I'm so glad I found these! They come in a ziploc bag, and inside there are two carry cases. The item arrives with three pieces in different sizes each, M, L and XL. This is great because it means that everyone can find a size that fits them perfectly.The earplugs are made of a soft, pliable material that feels very comfortable in my ears. They're also very effective at blocking out noise. I can wear them to bed and sleep soundly through even the loudest noises. I've also worn them while working in a noisy environment, and they've helped me to stay focused and productive.I'm really impressed with these earplugs. They're comfortable, effective, and they come in a variety of sizes. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a good pair of earplugs.Edit after one month of use:I was skeptical about how soft the silicone in these earplugs could be, but the manufacturer was right - they are incredibly soft, like Haribo candy! Before I purchased them, I asked on Amazon how soft the silicone they are. And the manufacturer replied that it is the softest one. I didn't know if there was a scale for it; honestly, I was expecting a more technical answer.When I received them, it was like Haribo-soft, but they kept their shape and form. It is incredible. Really crazy. I used to use foam earplugs, which were always uncomfortable and pushed too far into my ear canal. The goodsleep earplugs are much more comfortable and don't cause any pain.The glow-in-the-dark feature is nice, but it's not very bright all night. It's helpful when you're putting them in at night, and it works when you are about to go to bed, not when you take them off after 4-5 hours of sleep, pee, and then return to bed. But having it and holding it from the glowing tips is okay. So you know how and where to handle them. I should try if they are glowing when I don't take the pillow on my head.The most important thing to remember is how to insert the earplugs properly. If you follow the instructions, they will block out all noise. They won't work if you try to push them in like beans. I found that pulling my ear upwards and inserting the earplugs helped them create a better seal. After I pulled my ear upwards, I felt a little pain and red ear syndrome, but it was worth it...I bought the XL size, but they were a little big for me. The medium fits me, and the small fits my wife perfectly. The carry cases are also very nice. They're small and compact, but they're well-made and feel premium. Actually, I use the big case for SD cards and other small items.Overall, I'm very happy with these earplugs. They're comfortable, effective.I didn't hold a single object since I held my iPhone 4, which feels so premium quality and design. I liked goodsleep, which gives me the same feeling...

I love these the best earplugs I have ever used. They work the glow in the dark ends sometimes can poke you so I cut those off.

Don’t waste your money. You have still hear everything

I've used then now for some time and I previously used the foam earplugs. I like that they are silicone and can be used for a long time compared to foam earplugs. They did make my ear hurt and I think that was my own fault the first time wearing them but I since do not try to make them too snug in my ear. What I can say is it does cancel out noise you may hear from outside like birds early in the morning or the insect sound like crickets. However I can still hear my spouse snoring next to me. It does tone the snoring down but not cancel it completely out. So that is why I can't give it a better rating. I wished I didn't hear the snoring but unfortunately I still can.

I've never used earplugs for sleep, but I had some campouts this year that had a bunch of kids who make noise, and a bunch of adults who snore, so I figured some earplugs might help me get decent sleep since I'm a very light sleeper. The first time I used them, it took me a few minutes to get them in my ears and figure out which size fit my ear the best. I ended up using the middle size that first night. I had to push them in pretty far to get the seal to cancel out some noise, so when I woke up that morning, my ear canals hurt a little bit. But I slept pretty good! Better than I've ever slept while camping in a tent! The next few times I slept with these earplugs, I tried a size up and pushed them in until the noise was dampened and there wasn't any pain in my ears. Overall a great product! I love the little travel container that it comes with. The only problem I've had is that the little travel container no longer stays in the larger case as something either shrunk or enlarged in the heat. Also, I wish the lid on the larger case stayed on better. It comes off easily when sliding it into a pocket or something.

I am the lightest sleeper you've ever met. If someone sneezes in a hotel room next to me, I'm awake. So lucky me ending up with a guy who snores like a freight train! He can't fix his snoring so I decided to fix my volume.I tried other earplugs and the fancy expensive ones did absolutely nothing for me. I have narrow ear canals so I basically adult sizes just pop out. I got these on a whim half expecting them not to work as well but I was desperate and tired. It took a few minutes to figure out how to curve these in properly (looking in the mirror helped) but you'll know when they catch just right because the world just goes quiet.You can still hear sounds but they are muffled so well. It's crazy hearing your own heartbeat and breathing. I slid these in and had no joke, the most amazing sleep! Nothing is waking me up anymore, I'm finally getting a good quality night's rest.I've never had the plugs pop out, they stay in all night and are so far into your ear, there's no discomfort no matter what angle you sleep at.My only gripe with this particular product is how they're sold as a set of three sizes. As I mentioned, I have narrow canals so the small is the only size that fits comfortably. So when I lost a pair,I had to buy a whole nother piece with two pairs I will NEVER wear. Just seems like a waste to me, let me buy a 3 pack of Smalls.Take your time with inserting them and once you do, go Depeche Mode, and enjoy the silence.

These don’t work for me. They hurt my ears since I’m a side sleeper. I really wished they would have been a better alternative to some of the others I’ve tried. They do well on keeping noise out though.
