Good ladder for the price. It’s nice and compact to fit in the closet. It’s high enough and sturdy enough for me to stand on the very top.

1. Very nice color selection doing black and white. Simple but elegant. 2. Wife was happy for the ladder steps size is big enough for normal human foot size. Both feet can fit easily for staying up balanced. 3. Built using light materials, but it is confidently strong enough to hold promised weight. When folded doesn't take much space. I didn't understand the reviewers who wrote that ladder is slippery or not well built. When you doing a job on it, unless after getting on it, you won't do rodeo type shaking action on it, it doesn't move. I actually tried. If you try to shake it or ride as you riding wooden horse, IT DOESN'T SLIP from it's place. I don't think normal adult does such a dangerous action on it. Overall, I like the product and recommend for anyone who wants to purchase small size ladder for regular household.

Very disappointed in this purchase, but am unfortunately outside the window for a return. The steps overlap each other so that your shin is firmly hitting the step above in order to balance on the step below. I'm still recovering from an injury I sustained over a month ago due to the poor design of this step ladder. Strongly do not recommend. A smaller issue, but still worth noting - this is the second step ladder I have tried from this company. I returned the first due to poor quality - it was broken INSIDE the box prior to me receiving it. I do not recommend. *UPDATE* - After seeing my negative review of the product, seller asked me to contact them to resolve the issue. I did. But instead of offering a solution to the problem, they merely wanted feedback from me regarding Amazon's shipping methods. Not impressed with either the seller or their product.
