Best Hand Vacuum on the Market
I've always been disappointed with hand-held vacuums. Either they lacked sufficient suction or the internal batteries were too short-live. Until now! This hand-held works great for picking up nearly everything. Well-designed dust collection system is easy to empty. The best part of this vacuum is the amazing pet air attachment. It does an amazing job at picking even the smallest, most embedded pet hair. Quiet operation. Very Impressive. Excellent value for the money and may very well be the last hand-held you'll every buy.

Shark attack!!!!
I am obsessed with this!!! It is so easy to use, easy to charge, and easy to clean!!! It cleans up crumbs and works well cleaning my vehicle. The suction on it is amazing considering it's handy small size. Easy to hold and maneuver, works well on stairs, corners and crevases. It isn't loud either which is a BIG plus for me!Emptying the debris holder is easy as well! I have to say this is one of the best things I have bought and I have used it every day! I was on the fence deciding which one to buy and I am sure glad I chose this one!! If you are needing (or just wanting) one, I highly recommend getting the Shark ultra cyclone!!! It makes my life easier, let it make yours easier too!

6 hours to charge, great suction, short battery life 12-14 min per charge
I took a chance on this, found it on sale, read good reviews, and had just bought a Shark upright that I am very happy with. But 6 hours to charge? Maybe this is typical, I have never bought a handheld vacuum? Maybe this wouldn't be so bad if it had a docked charging station to live on. And full charge lasts only 12-14 min with continuous use.Pros: Good suction (a big plus), worked very well to vacuum out my car, just as good as drive-in vacuums at the car wash with the bonus of being cordless, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and with a variety of attachments. Easy push-button to empty the bin.Cons: Only 12-14 min on a full charge (although suction was strong right up until battery died), and full charge takes 6 hours!! This was long enough to vacuum out the cabin of my car that had not been vacuumed for quite some time, which was good, but battery died before I could get to the trunk/cargo area, so had to save that for the next day. Also, no docking bin. The 3 attachments are great, but you have to find a way to organize and keep track of them. I wish it had a docking/charging station (esp given long time to charge) that also stored the extra attachments.

Not ridiculously loud
I absolutely love this little vacuum. I got it for cleaning up tracked cat litter. The vacuum has a flap that keeps the debris inside the vacuum so it never spills out when you move around. The battery life is perfect for the small tasks it's meant for. The noise level is great; I'm very sensitive to loud sounds so this vacuum is fantastic. It isn't ridiculously loud like some vacuums. It's very easy to disassemble and clean. It's lightweight and works well.

Absolute “Must Have” for small cleanup jobs!
I bought this as an early housewarming gift and my friend says it saves her so much cleaning time when she was trying to sell her house. She has two cats and the couches always needed vacuuming, but getting the big vacuum out was such a hassle. She uses this small vacuum all the time.its seems sturdy, is not noisy, has no smell?, and works really well on all kinds of small spills, furniture and small carpets. I bought the additional stand for it so she could mount it in her wall in her broom closet. She said “Most Useful Housewarming Gift Ever”

Fragile and easy to break - but excellent service!
Edit: called up their service line, which was a little tedious but service fixed the problem quick with a replacement being mailed out. So great service, but there are still there are some drawbacks. We've had this vacuum for less than a year. It has a nice set of attachments. Suction is pretty decent for a unit of this size. The pet hair/carpet rolling suction attachment is a nice idea but it's not super effective in getting off cat and fine dog hair. It probably would be okay for thicker hair. It's clearly a bit more premium than the cheaper units you can find at Amazon. Build quality generally is okay, and the unit has a nice weight and balance to it.The worst thing about this vacuum is that it's incredibly fragile. Over repeated inserting and removal of the different attachments the tip shattered. As far as I can tell it's not replaceable. We use this maybe 1x a week, so it's not due to heavy use. Looking at this, once the tip shatters further, it's over, that's the end of the unit because you can't attach anything to it. The cracks are slowly making their way down the side and it's a matter of time (a few months?) before we won't be able to use this unit anymore.Other things that aren't deal breakers but aren't great either: (1) the cleanout buttons get stuck really easily and it can take a lot of strength to pop open the buttons. My mother for instance can't push hard enough with her hands and has to gets spoon or something to pop it open, and my wife struggles to open it. (2) the lack of an affordable mount is just silly. If you call them up you'll be told it costs like $30 total to get a base you can plug this into. It makes this unit much less aesthetic and inconvenient than other systems that come with a base, or have an affordable base that isn't 3/5 the cost of the vacuum. I wouldn't take any stars off for this though, you should expect it as it's pretty clear there is no base or mount for this thing. Still, c'mon Shark, you're kind of a premium brand compared to other vacuums you can get around here. (3) The suction isn't bad but isn't awesome and has been getting worse over time -- and it's been less than a year as I mentioned. Might be the broken tip, might be fading batteries. Neither are great. (4) as some other reviewers mentioned the suction comes out of a very small tip which makes surface cleaning tedious because you have a small high suction strip or a wide low section bar.

It does even more than expected!
I spent days looking, reading reviews, checking watts, volts and suction powers before deciding on this Shark. I have 3 inside pets so these things mattered to me. I'm an older person so weight and bulkiness matters as well. This vacuum is the BOMB!!I love it! It is sleek, quiet, very powerful with 3 attachments that can get anywhere and will clean up things you can't even see!I highly recommend this product!!This review is my own opinion from my own experience.
