Update. The washing machine was not dead. The draining water pump was blocked with an earing. The machine works fine to this day. Good quality for the price

I bought this product last month , and now it isn't turning on or working. And I contacted the customer care for warranty ,one of the technician came and without checking he claimed pcb main board damage and need to repair and it will never covered the warranty. If you are looking for better product not go for this & with my knowledge one of the irresponsible customer care also.

Not even worth a star! Even after receiving the REPLACEMENT UNIT, the problem was still the same. You need to run the TUB CLEAN for the first washing, as per the instruction in the manual. The water kept pouring, the indicator changed from 42 to 40 then 38 for almost an hour, and the water kept draining out to the drain hose. After 50 mins, it ended up with E2 error code (about water supply), despite my water faucet was still open. I will NEVER consider buying Nikai washing machine ever again! Note: I'm using Nikai fridge and it is working fine.

This washing machine is ok if this is your spare one or you are not planning to use it for long as price is not that expensive. Washing is good but there are some details which still need some upgrade: -some buttons are hard to press -lower small cover for cleaning is not locked properly and always opening while machine is working -some water is stuck once machine stop working on rubber between door and loading thing It was saying from other comments that it is noisy but mine was fixed well and I didn’t have this issue for 1 week that I am using it

But that is normal. Before installing, I would suggest removing the four packing bolts from behind and then shaking the drum. If it moves freely, it means there are no bolts left, and the machine is ready to use. It is also important to note that the floor needs to be even for the washing machine, otherwise, it will vibrate. To avoid this issue, I recommend purchasing the four anti-vibration washing machine bush from Amazon, which will keep the washing machine sturdy and prevent it from vibrating. The Nikai washing machine is perfect for a small family and comes at a decent price. It washes clothes very nicely and leaves them feeling fresh and clean. I also has a quick wash function which allows us to wash the clothes in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient washing machine. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and I believe that the Nikai washing machine is an excellent investment for any household.

This washing machine is of poor quality and a complete waste of money. On the second day of use, the water nozzle cracked, causing the entire laundry area to flood. This unexpected inconvenience in the middle of the night was truly disappointing. I wish I could share photos to illustrate the situation.
