Goof OffHousehold Heavy Duty Remover for Spots, Stains, Marks, and Messes – 8 fl. oz. (FG708)

So, I wish I would've take much better before & after pictures but I hate painting in general and I just wanted to get done when I was painting my office so I didn't take many picture BUT this product REALLY works! In the picture I attached the whole window frame had blue paint from the previous people painted all over it that I used this to get off. I sprayed it, some spots I could just wipe away with a cloth like it states but some that were thicker I used a metal scraper and it worked wonders!I used it all over the room while I was painting and when I was done. I used it on the (legit) hardwood floors well. There was again blue paint on the hard wood floors from previous people that I was able to get off and then some white spots from me that came up with ease and did not destroy the flooring.I was hesitant on buying it after reading some reviews but I am so glad I got it!

I’d accidentally left a pen in the dryer, and there was ink over the ENTIRE load of laundry. I was thinking I’d just throw it out but decided to see if I could remove the stains first. After looking at online reviews, I selected this one. It worked MAGIC on my clothes. The thicker fabric, like cotton and some nylon shirts, are completely stainless. Which is incredible because they had huge black spots before. A few items I did have to put in twice, but the effect was seriously incredible. With that said, I did have a pair of socks and three pairs of underwear made out of a very, very thin nylon material. The ink stains were significantly faded, but they didn’t go away completely, so I ended up tossing those. Overall, fantastic product! I seriously thought my clothes were goners.

My wife and I first used Goof Off to remove labels from wine bottles that were being used as part of our centerpieces for our wedding. It's particularly helpful at removing the glue that inevitably remains after the labels are worked off. They ended up looking smudged and cloudy when some of that glue was left on there. More recently I have used it to remove labels from beer bottles that I have been using for home brewing. Soak the labels fully, let it sit for a few minutes and then work it off with steel wool or a coarse sponge. It still takes some effort, but this did a way better job of working the labels off then hot water, soap and water, olive oil, etc. Would definitely recommend it if you've got a stubborn label or glue that won't let up!

I don't write too many reviews but I had to for this product. First I have to say that the bottle I received is a spray bottle, not pourable, but it was still 8 oz so no big deal. Anyway, our daughter wrote on our dining room chair and an expensive rug with a black permanent marker, two years ago. I initially tried to scrub the marks away but quickly realized that wouldn't work so we hid the stained chair on the far side of the dining room table and tried to ignore it. The other day someone mentioned this product on a website and I looked it up here on Amazon and decided to give it a try. When it arrived today I immediately went to work on cleaning off the marker stains. I sprayed some on and then wiped off. It was almost like rubbing an eraser across a dry erase board or chalk board. It was about that easy. I was halfway through with the dining room chair when I decided I had to take before and after pictures of this. So so so so happy with this product. I added my own images on the product page to show how well it worked. I haven't tried to use it on a hard surface yet, but it's more than paid for itself with our chair and rug.

I applied Goof Off on wooden bowls I bought. There are sticky residue on them. I applied for at least 5 times, following the instruction each time. Eventually sticky residue came off but it took more time than I thought. Instruction says to spray it and leave for a minute. That is not the case. I left for a minute and nothing came off. Each time I increased the time and left for total of about 7 minutes. Finally it came off. I am keeping the item because it eventually worked. Considering how annoying sticky residue is, I think 7 min is nothing. But I would say the instruction is quite misleading. It should really say "leave it for 7 min".

Ok so I admit it... I messed up. Since my home is under construction I didn’t want to get my new door handles damaged or accidentally painted so I placed a clear tape that is meant to be residue free. Well let me tell you, with this Texas heat -_- it dang near melted on my handle. I had to peel it off and I got some of it on my door that was stained to match the modern dark look I was going for. When I finally managed to remove the tape, it took some of the paint off and left all the sticky residue behind. I panicked and jumped on amazon to order this product and boy am I happy I found it. I doajed a napkin and applied it to the handle and it came right off. It was super easy to use and I highly recommend all their products. With kids running around you really never know when this stuff comes in handy.

Omg i am sooo happy i found this product ! My 6 year old son drew all over the dining room seat with PERMANENT MARKER ! I googled how to get the stain out & ended up going to Lowe’s & purchasing Amodex which got some of it off but still wasn’t satisfactory. I ended up getting this stuff & when i tell you all i did was spray it on , leave it for 5 mins & scrub with dawn and warm water .. came back 2 hours later & it was dry with the permanent marker completely gone ! In the pic the chair is wet on top because i didn’t spray the goof off on the entire spot initially. But trust me get this stuff it works wonders & doesn’t require a bunch of scrubbing like the amodex did.
