decent product for hand luggage

Bought this for a recent weeks trip away and had intended to use it as carry in luggage as it was within the size for the carrier I was traveling with. Decided to check it in and it came out the other side and after the return flight with just the usual scuffs but no damage. Samsonite have always been a quality brand and I think it's worth paying a little more for that leave of mind - off your luggage arriving in one piece rather than your undies and all your clothes passing before you in the luggage carousel.Very easy to use, built in TSA lock and expandable. Love it. Top tip - buy some packing cubes - they're an awesome addition.

The suitcase arrived on timeI received a box that was open and battered, the suitcase was out of the bag, the packing bag was at the bottom of the box.There was no key to open the lock.Does it come with a key?The wheels on the suitcase are new, the suitcase looks good, lightweight, manoeuvrable, telescopic handle a little bit jams when using.

Good suitcase, we brought the matching large and medium.Originally we received 2 mediums upon Contacting Amazon they sent out the correct sized case.They come with locks and a few compartments inside.Unfortunately the medium does not fit inside the large.

The suitcase zipper is locked and I cannot open it. I needed it for a trip in 2 days time.No instructions on how to unlock it, no other info in the box. There is a sticker on the side of quality check, that makes me thinks it was a return and not properly checked before it was sent to me; that would have solved the issue.Amazon CuSe told me that a could return it (that’s what I did) or they could give me a partial refund and keep it, but I don’t know how much was it so I couldn’t evaluate if it was worth keeping it and find anyone to open it.The return should have happened the following day as I process the return request before 11 pm as advice on the web. Now I’m on my trip and not sure if I could return it or not.Really bad process, item was sent in a condition I could not use it; I had to spend time trying to open it, taking to CuSe(for nothing) and the collection of the box didn’t happen as advice. On top of it, you have to stay at home from 8 to 8 in case the collection happens, as not slot can be given.Considering this is a faulty item as I cannot open it, Amazon was not doing enough. It’s not a cheap product! Very disappointed

I’ve generally always bought Samsonite cases because they were good quality, lasted and functionally were excellent. This seems reasonably built but also very mundane. There is little to distinguish this from any other case on market (price tag aside).Pros: Big. Reasonably good build qualityCons: Lacks any Samsonite stamp of quality. Much like pretty much every other case of its type. Expensive for what is delivered.You’re basically just buying badge now. Not quality product :(

Sturdy suitcase with free flowing wheels and a very nice design. Good value for money and can’t wait to use it when I next go on holiday.
