This is not a zero volt mat. Wrong product has been sent to me
This is not a zero volt mat. I am a senior citizen aged 73 years and need a zero volt bedsheet or mat for my health related issues. I have checked this mat with multimeter and it does not show zero volt at all. I want to exchange this product with a zero volt bedsheet. It is of no use to me

Not received wrist band and grounding is not working
Hi Team, I have checked the grounding by multimeter, one probe in the phase and another on the matt, it should show 230V, but it is showing 188 when I touch the metal part of the matt. When I touch the matt, it is not showing reading. Pls refer the picture and correct me if my method of checking the grounding is wrong.. And wrist band is not missing. Kindly revert me asap so that I return the product accordingly.
