I am not new to using Bach Flower RemediesI am new to the understanding, they only work for me if I am actively working on myself, with intent to improve these things.I've used Holly now, a total of three times and today, I had a thought. It wasn't a good thought, honestly. In fact it was a negative thought towards someone else, a stranger no less.However, as quickly as the thought came in, I easily recognized, this was who I once was, but it's not who I am.I envisioned the dark green words printed on the bottle and spoke the words out loud, "Goodwill towards them".I smiled. The media could not be loaded. I'm an energy person, and I find this product to be extremely relaxing in nature. I read that taking flower essences for 15 days helps reset your emotions or something so I'm on week 1. Doesn't have a super strong taste but I usually put it in my smoothie.

The product itself is wonderful, however this particular seller sent me the wrong box. The product inside was correct but the outward packaging was not which makes me wonder if this was a return.Oh and for those of you who bought the homeopathic one saying it doesn't work, if you are brushing your teeth with mint toothpaste you are antidoting the remedy. Camphor and mint will both antidote it so you need to avoid those things while you're using it.
