The media could not be loaded. This was a great purchase for my little guy! I had a water tank bowl for a long time before this and noticed my cat would swat at the water and it would get gunked up with hair and anything else on my cat (like a stray piece of litter, food, or dander). I had to take out the tank, dump out the water in the bowl, and rinse/wash it multiple times a week. At that point I figured a fountain might be more up his alley, and he might be swatting his water to create movement. This one is great! It's quiet and the only sound you hear is trickling water, and you only really hear it when the level gets low. Plus I love that it has the filters so I can worry less about anything getting in the water and worry less about giving him tap water. He seems to be drinking more water ever since I purchased this which is a great bonus, it has a large reservoir that can hold a little less than a gallon of water and I've had to refill it more often that I did our last bowl. I also love that it's stainless steel so it's easy to clean and is durable if we move or trip over it. The light is only to show the reservoir level so it's not too bright at night but I know where it's at which can be nice if you have to plug it in somewhere you walk through. Overall I'd recommend this fountain!

The media could not be loaded. This is SO easy to set up, SO easy to clean, and SO VERY quiet! We have this in our bedroom and we cannot hear it at all unless the water is more than halfway empty (it's also louder if you don't use the spout as it's more of a bubbler that way). The level window is lit up so you can see how much water is in it, which is super helpful!! Holds about 2/3 of a gallon of water. Filter works great, did not get all scummy as I'm used to after the recommended two week period, and it also is MUCH easier to access the inside of the pump to clean it than any other fountain we have used. 10/10 recommend!! Fantastic! I'm considering buying another and replacing the one we have downstairs!!

I bought this for my friend's cats because I was concerned about the film of slime that kept developing in his existing plastic Catit brand fountains. The stainless steel definitely seems to resist slime for a much longer time, and that's what I was going for. Additionally, it's easy to clean, and the the filters are much less expensive than the filters for the Catit fountains. The filters also seem to stay cleaner and last longer than the filters for the Catit fountains.I also like the thoughtful design and look of the fountain. It looks sleek and aerates the water well. The filter seemed to be working well as I saw hair that it filtered out of the rest of the water. The window for checking the water level is a nice touch. The fountain creates a quiet water trickling sound that I do not find too loud or distracting/annoying at all, and I'm sensitive to that. I actually find the noise pleasant and soothing.The quality of the material is good so far, although not enough time has elapsed to evaluate if the grade of stainless steel used will resist rust in the long term.The only negative thing I can say about this fountain is that on the style that I bought (Elliptical with Window), the opening on the top is just large enough for water-seeking ladybugs to get into the fountain and get trapped in there. I have no idea if this opening is different on other styles or what other type of bugs might get trapped. Unless you are planning to keep this fountain outside or have an issue with ladybugs in your house, though, I doubt you'll see this problem.

This cat water fountain is amazing! So far it has exceeded my expectations. It has parts that all come apart for super easy cleaning, was easy to put together and I can barely even hear it! My cats were immediately interested and are all drinking from it within the first day. I also like that it doesn’t splash while turned on or when the cats are drinking from it. I can see the water level and it hold a large amount which is ideal for my 3 cats. There is a tiny blue light but it’s. It noticeable and seems well made.

This runs nicely and is pretty quiet. It comes with 3 filters (1 to use right away, 2 for replacements.) Make sure to follow the instructions and soak the filter for five minutes before adding it to the fountain. One thing I wanted this for is that it’s supposed to have a way to see the water level with a little window and blue light but I am running into an issue with that.The blue LED light doesn’t really help me see the water level very well. It’s so dark in there so I can’t tell how much water is in there as intended.I’d suggest for the company to fix the light feature and maybe find a way to make the light brighter? Since that’s one of the reasons I was interested in this specific water bowl I was disappointed.Other than that, it works very nicely and is stainless steel so it will be nice and easy to clean in the future. I like the shape of it as well. Overall, nice water fountain but light feature/water level viewing needs fixing

I'm 8 months into using this water fountain. It runs nearly silently and my boys (cats) drink a lot more water since using it. It's easy to clean and chage filters. I also appreciate the "window" on it so I can see the water level and more can easily be added. Zero leakage of any kind from this fountain. I had no expectations due to the price point so I'm thrilled with it thus far and it's definitely worth the money. Will purchase again when needed as nothing lasts forever.

Got this for our two newly adopted 8 week old kittens. Took only an hour and they understood how to get their water, and they love it! Bowl is big enough to allow 2 cats to drink at the same time from the spout or the shallow bowl. I have purchased other fountains in the past, but this one is superior in the design to fill and clean, and quite important being stainless steel to prevent mildew. Motor runs very quiet. The lighted water level indicator is a nice feature to have. Will buy another when we introduce a second fountain. Highly recommend!
