Awful, don't waste your money. Bought this for my son's mouth guard. It holds onto plaque and does not clean well at all.

Very good product cleans invisilines and takes about three minutes

Purchased my UV/Ultrasonic cleaner on August 16 & the UV light gave out on September 27 (outside of the return broken product timetable). I read a few reviews where this happened to others, and hoped those were outliers, but it happened to me too. Good luck if you purchase this since I like products that actually work longer than a year.Edit: Fresh Knight reached out to me and gave me a full refund after the return date expired & they also later reached out again to send me a free replacement of their product. This might have been a faulty unit & it shows the company does stand behind their product. I do still use it for the ultrasonic part without the UV.

I purchased two of these. One broke within the first week so I was able to return. The other didn't break until after the return period. The issue was that the lights stop working. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer directly and sent me a link. After hours online speaking with Amazon about how the link sent me right back to Amazon customer service, there was no resolution and they basically washed their hands of it. So I will never get my money back for this crappy product. DO NOT BUY!!

The Fresh Knight Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner is fantastic. Great purchase. Very roomy inside.

Purchased this twice, as the first one's UV light did not work, they sent a replacement which worked fine for the first month and one week (to the day) after the return period ended, the UV light in the second one stopped working. I have tried several different things to fix it, as I can no longer return it or exchange it, and there is no fix because of the way it is built. So I am just out this money now, and thought it a good idea to tell you to save yours.

I was brushing my night guard every morning and I never knew if I was cleaning it “well”. This device cleans all the germs and bacteria. My night guard was clean and the Powerful dual clean made me feel like my guard was brand new. This device took five minutes to clean and the sounds was perfect. The sleekness of the machine is beautiful on my bathroom countertop. One of my favorite hygiene product. Will continue to use it daily.
