Great ballet/yoga fitness dvd
I love this fitness box set and the combination of ballet and yoga fitness routines. My only one small criticism is that I've found that Nicky could be a bit clearer when moving on to the next move as I sometimes miss it when not facing the screen

Love this workout
Love this workout! Nicky does such A great job incorporating yoga and ballet together! Each workout definitely works your whole body. Gives you a long lean dancers look without the bulk!

OK if you are ballet student
I recently went back to this set wondering why I had not tried it in so long. Tried the ballet yoga dvd and question answered. Pulsing in parsvakanasana for one! Not for safe yoga practise. And some of the safety instructions only given when repeating the short sequence.

Great for those who hate exercising and want to look good working out.
Perfect condition and very pleasant content. The exercises look easy, but they are challenging. It's great for destressing and working all the areas of the body in a graceful, non-primate manner. If you think fitness looks ugly and you hate sweating and huffing like a dog, this book os for you. The trainer has a very nice and calm voice.

I enjoyed the ballet parts of this DVD, but found that in the yoga part, she assumed you already knew a lot about yoga, and I struggled to get it
