Good quality.
Well made, cute, fun and cozy. Great for winter as it's very warm. But beware, the wearer might begin exhibiting seal-like behaviour and you might have to wrestle them out of it to wash it. The medium is big on a young teenager but it was really irrelevant because it just added to the cozyness and because there are elasticated cuffs at the ankles it didn't make any difference. We paid 25.99 for it with shipping and although I feel it was a bit expensive, it was worth the money as the quality is there.
