After my original 3 star review a company rep contacted me and wanted to resolve my issues. I sort of blew him off, but he was persistent. I had ordered an 11, and finally told the rep I wouldn't mind trying an 11.5, but that I had taken many rides wearing the old ones and didn't think they could be resold.They sent me the 11.5's without asking for the old ones back- which I would still send if they asked. The 11.5's fit perfectly, almost as comfortable as my Sketchers. Very happy with the end result. Company support is as good as it gets, and the shoes are well made and fit perfectly.Original Review:I got one size up because of my wide feet. Lots of reviewers said that was the way to go. I should have gotten 2 sizes up. They fit, but press uncomfortably against the sides of my feet. After an hour in the saddle I sometimes get a cramp in one or both feet, and have to stop and rip them off.

Been using a pair for 4 months. Overall a good value. Only issues are he ratchet strap is way too long. Even with a large foot arch it can’t be snugged up before reach strap end of range. Also, something about the cleat mount forcing a hard push to clip in. Toss the junk cleats it comes with and use a set of SM-SH56 SPD helps, but something isn’t normal.

Shoes is very nice, quick strap is a pleasant surprise. Suggest to order 1/2 size to full size larger for some ‘room’ as the actual size felt snug w/o any give. My spin instructor suggested the same saying there’d be room in the shoe, giving, overall, better support & comfort.I’ll give a true review w/ rating after the new pair come in and I have a chance to use them in class next week. I had to give a rating so gave it a 3 as too tight & unable to test /use themUpdated review—- shoe is definitely worth it. I’d recommend 1/2 size up, which I did get, and much better fit for cycling.Have used it 3 spin /cycle classes and totally great. You are able to engage the quads, Hams & Glutes more since you can pullup & push down stronger, as the cleats are locked in. Fit is great, style is nice and the quick ratchet release + tightener is a smooth addition.I do notice the right cleat loosens during the ride but it could be my pedaling. My instructor said happens with newer shoes so not to worry. Overall, give it top notch stars.

True to size. Great for price. Just a routine rider. Not extreme.

These shoes are death traps. The shoes look good, but the material on the bottom of the shoe is too soft for the cleats to grip. The cleats would spin on the shoes rather than come off the pedals. I had to remove my shoe to get my foot off of the pedals. The ratchet straps are also too long, not allowing the shoe to be tight enough.

I’m basically copying and pasting another person‘s review because my experience was the same only it was the right shoe that was falling apart at the toe. And I’ve only had them a couple months. Right sole separating from upper. Poor fit in heals so I added padding but feet still want to come out. Cinch buckle tightened all the way and still not tight enough. These may be good for spin class but they’re garbage for regular street riding.

Great value, but not fit for wide feet. The rifgid narrow toe area is prone to.causing undue fatigue and is not good for joints
