Doesn’t make my face greasy and spreads nicely

Product was promised to arrive next day between 2-6pm. Received it 7 days later. “Picked up by carrier” 2 days after placing order. Product is pointing finger size- small. Leaves white residue on face. Creamy. Need to spread after applying. Regardless of the fact that I qualify for a full refund, they offered a 5% only “We truly value your understanding and would like to offer you a 5% compensation as a gesture of goodwill.”
