It’s a double ended crochet hook!
Bought to try out Tunisian crochet but found it quite difficult, not the best idea to get a double ended hook if you’re a beginner! Will give another go though

Double ended Tunisian hook
Very good for working in the round, just wish they were not so expensive and came in more sizes. The quality is good, as you would expect with Clover products, and the yarn slides easily over the surface. The hook is long enough you can hold it properly but no so long it gets in your way.
