I’ve been taking it for about 3 days. So far so good. I have a little more energy than before and I haven’t been snacking like usual. I take one pill about 35 minutes before I eat. 1 pill per meal max 3 pills a day. Of course I can’t say much about losing weight yet, but I believe it’ll help because I’m not eating as much as before.*****update****Ok, I’ve been taking it for about two weeks now. All I can say is that this stuff works..no cap. I definitely have more energy, way less snacking and I’ve lost at least 5 pounds or more. I will say this.. because it cuts my appetite drastically, I’ve been eating less fatty stuff. I don’t eat bread except for the croutons that’s in my salads. I don’t eat fried food because I just don’t like it much and I don’t drink nor eat foods with a lot of sugar in it. I also increased my water intake. It’s like it makes you want to eat better. I haven’t experienced any jitters, stomach cramps, nor headaches. The price is good so that’s really nothing to lose…but fat. 🤷🏽‍♀️
