These pads have been a lifesaver at night for my 10 month old granddaughter. She is now sleeping better through the night without feeling wet, no leakage and great absorbency. It stays in place all night too. Price is good too.

The nighttime diapers I normally order were out of stock so I gave these a try. My son is 2 years old and wears a size 7 diapers, and they work great. Very absorbent and appropriately fit in his diapers. Would recommend!

We use these for adult products.They work amazingly well and the size is perfect.They easily double the capacity of the product/s we use, and we use "premium" brands (TotalDry, Unique Wellness, Abena).This saves money and eliminates leaks (1 leak in 2 years. And that was my fault).If you're using this for childrens diapers, I wouldn't recommend anything smaller than a size 3 or 4 due to the length (approx 10"). Also, keep in mind that they do swell quite a bit (approx 3/4"thick). Make sure your "leak guards" are tall enough to stay in contact with the skin when BOTH the diaper and booster are at capacity to avoid leakage.In short, we'll keep buying them as long as they sell them

After my LO learned to roll over she became a tummy sleeper 98% of the time (sleeping 12 hrs a night) so she started to pee through the top of her diaper. I tried everything from sizing up, to pulling the diaper way up past her belly button, to using overnight diapers, but at least twice a wk she’d leak from the top of diaper that would be super full but the back side would be dry. I decided to give these a try and so far NO leaks through in the morning. There is an adhesive strip which I think helps keep the pad in place. I still use overnight diapers (currently size 3) with these b/c I don’t want to have any accidents but im sure they will do the same great job in regular diapers, fit almost the entire length of size 3 diapers. I put the pad all the way to the front of the diaper. It bulks up the diaper and it looks super full when the diaper is applied but its basically doubling the fluid capacity. I will be ordering more. Highly recommend.

If you have a heavy wetter, these are for you! We use them in diapers overnight to prevent peeing through! Love them!

If you have a toddler don’t question it you need this!! We used to have to change the sheets every single morning as our daughter would soak through her diapers. Since using these liners, our mornings are so much less chaotic. These liners go on the diaper just like a panty liner. There is a strip of tape so it sticks to the diaper and doesn’t move around. Our daughter moves a lot in her sleep and it stays in place and she wakes up dry.

Initial reaction:They simply just don’t do a good job for my son. Out of the 12 used only 4 have prevented a leak. Mostly they just extend the leak by a couple hours. They fit fine in the diaper and haven’t caused a rash; they just simply don’t absorb enough in my situation. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the few times it has stopped or lessened the amount of leaks.After trying a bigger diaper:I have edited my rating to 4 stars because with going up a diaper size these actually work much better. I was looking for other options to stop leaks and realized we were only 1 pound away from needing to size up on diapers even though they seemed to fit fine. I still had some of these liners and decided to try them again with the bigger diapers and my son slept through the night without a leak for the first time in months. There has still been a leak or two but much much less. Before he would get the entirety of his clothes soaked up to his shoulders and now it’s just a small spot if it does happen (enough to clean up with a wipe or washcloth.) So with the right size diapers: total game changer. Saves us both some sleep and frustration. However I am giving 4 stars for the occasional small leak. If I could give 4.5 I would.
