I got these for my husband after his cheaper ones kept wearing out. He works on concrete flooring and is on his feet all day, so he needed something with heel comfort. These actually provide the cushioning he needs, and the arch support adds extra comfort. He immediately noticed that they felt better the first day he wore them. We don't know how long they'll hold up yet, but for now they are better than the previous ones.

I bought them for KEEN hikers, KEENS are great and have a slightly wider fit. These are kind of narrow, and not as long as I would expect from the size listed. I have size 12 KEENS and bought 12-12.5 I should have bought 13. I have now bought 3 pairs of these for my KEEN hikers, KEEN steel toe work boots, and a pair of steel toe work shoes. The arch is great, I will buy again.

These inserts work great for sore feet. Apply the insert into the shoes based on size, and you will be able to slide your foot easily into the shoe. This supports your arch and does not cause pain in the foot once they are properly placed for your foot.

Definitely an improvement for my athletic shoes I wear for work at a sports bar... are they the best? No. I've had better insoles that help my feet more. BUT, they were substantially more expensive. I have flat feet and I basically run for 8 hours or so every shift and these were a massive improvement from the flimsy no support whatsoever insoles that came in the Nikes I just bought.
