The cap is very light and airy. It does its job very well and will make you more comfortable on the longer hot weather rides. I have helmets that came with visors, but these are generally heavier and also suited for mountain biking. They are fine in the winter, but during the hot days of the summer a lighter road bike helmet is more desirable. Most of these do not come with a visor. I found that this cap with a visor is a great way to get the shade for your eyes when you need it. If you don't want it, you can just take the cap off and put it in your back pocked. It is very light and small when folded. Also noteworthy is that a light cap, such as this one, prevents bees from stinging you if they get into the helmet. That happens where I ride. The cap is so thin that my head does not feel any warmer wearing it. You can also soak it in water and wear it. That gives great cooling for 1/2 hr to 1hr.

I got this cap to go under a new biking helmet which kept slipping a little. The cap took care of that plus living in FL great at absorbing the sweat. The bill was just enough allowing me to see everything while blocking the sun

Perfect cycling cap for women. Men’s caps have a larger, wider brim and I have to flip it up to see. This hat is perfect. I’ve had it for a year and washed it many times. I’d buy it again. Even in 100 degree weather it is fantastic.

Lightweight cap that fits well under my helmet. Great for keeping the sun out of my eyes while riding. Has washed well, I don't put it in the dryer, but it's done fine with no wear after putting through the washer a few times now.

Very affordable and fits well under the helmet.However the visor part is wearing very quickly where it attaches to the hat proper. I'm not sure how much longer it will last.

67 yo woman here - thin fine hair so it's very short- I like wearing a baseball cap backwards- prefer short bill- this is a different concept in material/fit/style of construction - small fits well:) overall covers smaller portion of head which works well for me- very airy and comfortable - guess my only complaint is the dark navy is REALLY dark- would love a true navy and a khaki- and I'm not a cyclist at all
