I’ve been using this for a couple years now. I do 4 pills one day, 3 the next, and continue tapering off. It depends how constipated you are with how long it will take to work. Usually in 48 hours I’ll feel instant relief. My stomach will flatten completely I’ll easily lose 4 lbs.

I used CKLS many moons ago and forgot about it over the years. I found a old bottle and decided to order it again. It really helps to keep my colon clean. Plus I was having some pain everynight in what appears to be my spleen region. I take this every morning after breakfast and I notice the pain was reduced tremendously. I did not have to take a pain pill. I have an appointment to still get checked by my doctor in case something s up. Capsules are easy to swallow and I love the way the herbs 🌿 smell and the taste is tolerable for me.
