PAPERANG P1 Hot Mini Wireless Mobile Phone Instant Printer

I ordered this yesterday (I was choosing between this and 2 other similar products) but went for this after seeing the YouTube reviews (even though this one is more expensive). I even wanted a tiny photo printer (still do) but I didn't want it printing on thick photo paper. I like the receipt paper! I got excited about this yesterday and I am excited about it now having just received it. It's easy to use. You hold down the 'on' button then up it comes. I recommend downloading the PAPERANG App first before you buy it to give yourself confidence about its use (I think some reviews say 'everything is in Chinese' but that's not true). You can also download software and get it to work on your computer too if you don't want to look at your mobile screen. It comes with a USB lead and a roll of paper (non adhesive so buy glue!) which is inside the product itself. I got ready to complain when I couldn't see it but it's inside! It also has a user guide booklet in English and other languages. You have to open up the app then it tells you to print out a code on the machine which you do then you use the app to take a picture of the code you printed and it connects the two devices and off you go. Don't forget to turn Bluetooth on! It's great for screenshots of conversations, reviews, book covers... anything goes. The only limits are those of your imagination. Let me be real about the printing quality. It is quite strongly pixelated but that's what I expected. Please take a look at my images to see what the prints look like. There are 3 settings 'light' 'moderate' and 'dark'. I prefer the dark setting as I think it's sharper but your call. I'm fine with the print quality because it's better than me waiting to get out of quarantine for a printer with expensive cartridges or to use my work printer. I have more control with this and it's just a fun thing to do. You will see in the final image that I bought two separate sets of rolls. As I mentioned before there are other companies (PERIPAGE and PHOMEMO) who sell similar products and they also have different types of paper rolls. One was a black print but with an adhesive back. The other was a roll which enables blue "ink" printing (not really ink as it's thermal printing). Please see my print in the photo. I believe PAPERANG also has these but not in stock right now. Those rolls fit into the PAPERANG device (only slightly smaller by a few mms). I should say that I think the other devices are smaller so I don't think PAPERANG's rolls fit into their devices which is ultimately why I chose this one. There is also a roll that allows dark pink/red printing by PAPERANG but it's expensive at around £17 so I haven't bought it but I will. With all rolls from all companies I believe you get 3 rolls per pack which is decent value. I don;t like how they package the rolls - they have this weird sellotape that ties all of them together and makes t difficult to get out of the pack. Maybe it was designed to keep them from opening out but it's not the best. It would be great if one day they could do a full multicolour range roll but it's early days. I'm sure this will evolve. This is amazing - like witnessing the first printing machine or the first camera. I love it anyway!

I have been recently appointed in a teaching position and the most time-consuming activities are preparing resources and marking books. I was advised by one of the senior leaders to buy one of these things and decided to try it. She recommended me this particular brand to me as she said she was very satisfied with their service. It's been now almost a month since I got this and it's absolutely brilliant. I installed the app on my phone and each evening I send the QFL's and the marking comments to the printer, then I just hand them to the children or glue them in the books myself. The printer comes with some standard paper, but I recommend you get the stickers paper as it makes the job a lot easier. There are plenty of options in the app, from banners to text only, different frames, and even images that could easily be turned into personalised stickers as a special reward. My children love the stickers and I cannot praise this machine enough. It's compact, so it doesn't take too much space in the bag, it's easy to use and it charges rapidly. It comes with a cable and an instruction book and one roll of paper, but I recommend you get the stickers one for convenience. I included some pictures for those interested in print quality.

I bought this purely to print out images for my journaling as I didnt need colour images and all cameras that do colour printed on thicker paper. Because this paper is receipt think it is the best for my bullet journals as doesnt make the pages bulky.

Absolutely loving it. Perfect for students and professionals (adults and kids) wish I had this at uni. It’s great for: bullet journals, revision, graphics, fashion, taking and sharing notes, instant pic printing, creating to do lists or labels etc. So easy to use and the app is in English (I expected lots of problems but it was quick and free to install it on iOS). The printer light and handy, used it every day for almost everything. I expected to be good but it’s actually amazing; easy to replace paper, easy to preview & adjust photos and text.

Nice little printer. Very easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised by the print quality, it is never going to compete with a professional photo printer but for printing greyscale or black and white pictures it does a good job. The software is good too, very simple but has some nice features. I use it with self adhesive paper to make stickers and they look great.

I LOVE this little printer, I brought it to print content for my scrapbooking, as well as make labels for various homemade drinks ect.. postage labels etc.. I didn't expect the print quality on photos to be amazing because the dpi isn't much but with a little experimentation the results are reasonably. It's just good fun, the set up was easy and its quick printing.

Know what you buy. Don't expect an amazing quality colour photo print, that's not what this awesome little gadget does. It's a thermal printer, so black and white. I bought the sticker roll too and have made some cool stickers for my little boy. What I want to do with this is take it on hol and print sticker photos of my family and scrapbook as I go. Everything's digital, and it's great, but how often do we remember these things as they happened or go back through all the pics. I'm very happy with it. App is easy to use too. I researched the apps before I purchased this, this app got the best reviews.
