I am very skeptical of nutritional supplements in general. But my cousin commented on how stronger and smoother her nails had become since taking collagen. I scoffed to myself. But after my pinky nail split along a ridge into the nail bed for the third time (ouch), I researched options and wound up buying this product. After about 3 months, I was ready to give up, not much change. But I decided to finish the bottle and after the 4th month I saw results. My nails are much stronger; while there are still ridges, they have diminished and no longer split into the nail bed. And I have noticed several other benefits: my cuticles rarely get painful 'hangnails' anymore. During my research I saw a review that claimed YouTheory collagen cleared up their adult acne and I laughed in disbelief. But after 50 years of severe acne, it's virtually gone. My hair is much shinier. The pills are large, but I'm extremely pleased with the results and will continue to use.

I quit taking these for a while and I could tell a difference is my skin, hair and nails. They work!

You need to take too many and I have problem to swallow them. I will buy capsules next time.
