Good things: Versatility-Cordless-Wet and Dry...that can deep cleaning on hard floors and rugs (without pushing it around).Bad things: It cant coup with pets hair too well it gets crumb up under the rollerthen the sensor signal the machine to scream the dirty water tank is full -- pleasechange the dirty water -- even when the tank is empty. Unless you dry vacuum firstbecause this machine is so sensitive to little tiny thing like pet hairs pet food etc. Andit when it get stuck you have to stop the machine and remove the roller to clean thehair or pet food that blocking the intake suction. Its too much of a hassle. I end up returning it.Great product but machine kept turning off and ask you to empty dirty water every minutes is a no-no for me.

Update: Changing my original glowing five star review to a one star review as this thing is now a useless brick after only nine months. Unfortunately, my original review may have led some of you to buy this. We now get constant warnings that the “dirty water cup” is full even though it isn’t. We’ve cleaned it thoroughly and put new filters in…the manufacturer clearly knows it’s an issue and their “tip” does nothing to correct the problem.Original Review: :Been using this for a couple months now and it works well but has one flaw that continues to drive me nuts. The "Water vacuum" mode (which is a large reason why I use this as my two large dogs make a mess of the floor around their water bowls) will only run for about 5 seconds before it automatically switches back to automatic mode (which puts more water on the floor.) Whoever thought that this should automatically switch back to auto mode made a poor decision. If that problem was fixed this thing would be great.Side note....be sure to empty the dirty water bucket after every use or the smell the next time you use it will knock you off your feet.Original review: We have the Airthereal AGH550 air purifier that we've had for a couple of years and it runs very well. We liked it so much that my mother purchased one for her house that she also loves.When I saw this product I got excited and since we received it last week it has not disappointed. This feels very well made and looks like a high-end, luxury floor cleaner. Works very well and cleans way better than the old manual floor cleaner we were using before. The water that comes out of the dirty bin is very gross and having it to clean up after our two large dogs will be a huge help. The suction function does a good job of cleaning up the wet spots around their bowls and any other spills. The battery life is so far very good. I can clean an entire level of our house (almost all hardwood floors) and still be at 80% battery remaining. The best part may be how quickly they dry. The floors are dry about 30 seconds after cleaning them!Only minor downside is the cleaning and drying cycles (which I love!) are kind of loud even if it's in our closed hallway closet but it's not enough for me to knock stars off.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a significantly better option than a mop!

So far I am pleased with its ability to clean my floors well. The cleaning solution that comes with it is fanominal and smells great, even though the smell doesn't last very long. It is quite easy to put together, instructions are easy to follow, suction is good. It's very weighty. so if you are elderly or cannot hold heavy things for very long, I wouldn't buy this. The voice mode gets a bit annoying. But you can silence it.My only huge issue with it is that while I'm cleaning it randomly turns off wanting me to clean the tank (even though I've cleaned it and only vacuumed for a minute). Very particular about its tank staying cleaned.... and it takes a bit to charge, so if you have a big house it's not very ideal for you.

I purchased to of these after seeing the one my Sister-in-Law had. I purchased one for myself and one for my mother. This is a great wet/dry vacuum cleaner and got my floors clean. With my house size, I had to add clean water twice and empty the dirty water twice. Excellent and worthy purchase.

I grew up using a mop and bucket to scrub the floors every Sunday, so when I moved into my own house, I was used to the work. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first used it but I was happy, though disgusted, when I emptied out pitch-black water after using this only a few days after mopping the same floor the old fashioned way.I wish it had a steam option, as I have used one of those in the past and it felt so much cleaner, but the proof that this works was in the dirty water I dumped out. Not sure if it's right, but I add hot water to the clean water tank and that does make me feel like it cleans better.It does pull forward when using it, so you have to use some muscle to pull it back and forth like a vacuum, but it is still easier than using the old mop bucket.

This machine is great for a quick cleanup, but not good for deep cleaning. I recommend this for daily use and still doing a weekly deep cleaning as the brushes do not thoroughly clean themselves in the self cleaning cycle, and they do not rub very well on the floor to really loosen anything. They do, however, pick up a majority of the dirt, hair and leave the floors feeling a lot cleaner.Everyone loved seeing me clean the floors while they stayed from out of state for the holiday. Unfortunately, I went to clean up after everyone left and my clean water tank just started pouring water out. I lifted it up to find that the lower pieces were broken. I literally just finished using it and removed the clean water tank from the vacuum. It was not leaking any water while I was using it or in the base. I am extremely unsatisfied! Of course, as you can imagine I am very embarrassed and disappointed that after I recommended it to my family members and they purchased it over the weekend. It is now causing me issues.

The mop works well! Customer service is very responsive too! I broke the water tank when removing it from the mop. I ended up reaching out through their online service request because it was outside of business hours. They got back to me right away the next business day and were able to help with the broken part.
