Great product!
Used this to seal the roof of our camper and it worked amazing!! Super easy application and coverage. We had a leak in our roof and this fixed it!!

It’s a little more on the runny / Liquid side than other brands. But it adheres really well compared to other brands that I had to replace in two years.Will definitely buy again if needed.

Used this to seal my basement bulkhead door. As the other reviewers have said, the stuff goes on very soupy & thin so I ended up having to put on several coats because I couldn't close up the gaps right away, hence the 4-star rating.
