Yes, politics were part of the scandal of the 80s but they weren't the main thrust in this film. It's just a really good movie. And for you sunglasses aficianados like myself, Tom wears Randolph Engineering Avaitors in Bright Chrome with glass lenses in American Gray; these are possibly polarized because, while looking at a pager in one scene, he pulls them down slightly and looks over the top of the frames. Polarized lenses distord LCDs like those in pagers and at gas pumps. I bought a pair of these myself after seeing them in this movie and they are fantastic and I recommend getting a pair for yourself. I absolutely an wholeheartedly do most agree with Dee” on this one..this movie is stoked man. American Made was “Tom’s best. the Iran-Contra affair was one debacle for Ronald Regan” when the FBI ask you to do them a favor make like the Pink Floyd song. Run Like Hell. because You will be left hanging with all the goods..and another thing. the Cartel better Run too. the last one is really really faster than fast. Tom Cruise did the movie justice playing Barry Seal. but there’s one thing they left out an that is his weight Barry put on a lot of weight later in life but it wasn’t shown. I guess Tom couldn’t eat fast enough to gain any to that size..money isn’t it the truth of all evil.. Very Good Movie..What’s Wrong With You People. 1.85:1 Runtime 115 Min. English 5.1 DTS-HD.

American made a must have for any tom cruse fan this one is one of his latest but better than the latest mission impossible which I think is fallout I recommend buying this one and while you are at it do yourself a favor and buy top gun still his best movie to date
