They arrived but 4 of the 6 are broken. The tabs that flap the door for the mice to fall in the bucket came broken.

This product requires ASSEMBLY which was fiddly and I had to hot glue it to keep it together.The trap door is NOT well balanced. I was tempted to return it but decided to keep.

I didn't really think a mouse would walk up the tiny stairs.. but they do! And I didn't realize how lightweight they are -- my little dab of peanut butter bait was too heavy, that paddle is really sensitive and drops them in quickly.The assembly was easy, but tab A into slot A didn't stick very well and it kept coming apart until I used a heat gun to melt tab a into slot A -- and now it is super durable.Easy to use. We put shavings and birdseed in the bottom to keep them comfy until morning, and then sent them off to their new lives in a new field.I looked at the other humane traps, but there were stories of caught tales and suffocation. Both would have been tough for me, so I tried this one and IT WORKS!

The traps came wrapped in plastic and tape with a USPS sticker showing they had repackaged it. One of the traps was broken in 2 places and unusable. When I proceeded to assemble the other two I discovered they shipped 1 part "A" and 5 part "B", instead of 3 of each. To get a replacement I have to return all 3 to Staples and wait for Amazon to ship 3 more. The traps feel very flimsy and fragile. The trap doors have a warp so I wonder if mice could get back out.

I set three of these up at an infested location and within the first day we had captured about 15 mice. It takes a little effort to install the "funnel" that guides the mice to the trap door. At first I was concerned because the trap door won't stay closed because it didn't seem to be balanced correctly. I simply smeared a little bit of peanut butter on the underside of the trap door. After that, it was perfectly balanced and obviously worked very well because we had a bucket-o-mice the next day.

I have yet to receive a 100% functional 3 pack of this item. Each 3 pack has at least one lid with the plastic pivot post broken. So far out of 9 individual units (three 3 packs) 4 units were broken out of the box.

Arrived broken. Box was smashed and plastic hinges were broken on two of the lid traps. Lids did not fit a 5 gallon bucket. Very cheap flimsy plastic. Will not buy again.

The trap door doesn't move smoothly either and gets stuck. Poor quality
