Was looking for the cheapest pulsoximeter to check my 97 year old mother's pulse and O2 levels. Found this one and took a chance. It does everything it says it does. It is easy to use, just turn it on, slip it over a finger, get a reading. It turns off by itself. Easy-peasy.

First, I'm replacing my other 2 with this one. Here's why:A. I went to the er of a local hospital, solely to compare the results of this oximeter with their very fancy Allyn meter. Thus one was within 1% of theirs every time. That's all the accuracy I need.B. The screen is very clear...in bright sun or a dark room.C. It's fast, though I have faster ones. I'll wait an extra 5-6 seconds for better data.This an excellent device...made better by its great price.

This Pulse Oximeter is very helpful to me. It is important that I keep a check on my heart beat and this item is fast and reliable.

*UPDATE**seller got back 2 me, offered either 2 send me a new 1/replacement or refund me money back.. i chose the refund.. & . I chose for them for reaching out and offering... I would update and give 2 stars on their behalf for allowing to try and make the mistake right with 2 choices .. which I myself made the agreement of I would update my review since they gave me the two offers of 1. Getting new/replacement or 2. Refunded .. to me for those choices..I felt like I needed to share and update so everyone else would at least know what to expect.. And I THANKED THEM AND APPRECIATED THEM FULLY FOR GIVING ME THE ATTENTION AND OPTIONS AND IN RETURN I GAVE THEM UPDATE AND SOME STARS THAT I BELIEVE THEY DESERVED FOR THATDONT MAKE THE SAME CHOICE!! I got this because my old 1 is starting to act up. So I quickly scanned a couple & I got this 1.Got it the next day & tried it.. THE DAMN THING TRIED TO TELL ME I SHOULD BE HALF DEAD AT 70% ... now I KNOW 1st hand what it feels like at 70% and there was no way that I was, I was not short of breath or gasping for air or needing to call 911... But this damn thing was telling me that I was... INTO THE GARBAGE IT WENT. I don't even want to send it back this is BAD AF and I don't want a replacement nor do I care for a refund they just need to pull this off and not sell it to no one... I'm buying a new one now.
