It's very easy to use, scent-free. I have sensitive skin as well and it causes no reaction. It's part coconut oil, so it's a great moisturizer, but doesn't absorb super fast, so I use it on my abdomen right before bed and then in the inner side of my forearms in the morning, so it doesn't get on my clothing.Now for the important part...This stuff has really helped me in unexpected ways... I have a lot of hormonal issues ("menopause-low" levels of natural progesterone production from far too many years of fake, lab-produced progesterone via the pill and an IUD, "stage 4" endometriosis and regularly occurring large, overgrown ovarian cysts [some which had to be removed surgically]). With my seemingly FUBAR parts, it's left me struggling with infertility. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the better part of this year aaaaand nope.So far, I've only used this stuff for one cycle (use the second half of your cycle ONLY! From ovulation to the day your period starts) and not only did my adult acne disappear (and I didn't get the usual flare up the week preceding my period), but I think it is to blame for the disappearance of my large ovarian cysts! My doc found (1) on each ovary a few months back, already larger than the ovaries themselves and wanted to monitor any growth with a 3-month follow-up ultrasound and when I had it done, THEY. WERE. GONE. Cysts can disappear on their own and they come and go with most cycles (most women have them and don't even know), but mine tend to grow out of control, so for the large ones to disappear around the same time I started using this, I think it's a safe bet that this stuff helped. I've even noticed an improvement in my overall mood (PMS symptoms, maybe? lol), so that was a shocker.With the additional help of Mercier therapy, I'm hopeful that this stuff might also help ease the severity of my endometriosis (kinda "clear the tubes") and help with overall hormonal balance as I do eventually want to have a baby (and with being 34, I don't have a whole lotta time left before its deemed "high-risk").*WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID*... It's still not a miracle fix in a bottle! You may be in a situation very similar to mine, but we are very different, my friend! Definitely talk to your doctor about using this or any progesterone cream/topical first to make sure it's something that would work for your situation (I *HIGHLY* recommend finding a naturopathic doctor/functional medicine physician because most conventional medicine physicians just wanna pump you fulla drugs & artificial hormones and/or go to extremes like IVF!)God speed, sister ♥**UPDATE**Now on my second cycle of using this stuff and I've noticed some mild cramping. The same crampy feeling I get when my period starts, but less intense and in the area of the ovaries almost... not centered in my abdomen, like where I feel the period cramps, but offset on each side of where I feel those period cramps. *AND* it's only when I'm in a sitting position Ó.ò I don't feel the cramps when I'm standing/walking/running/laying down... just while sitting. It's weird and I'm 99.9% positive it's due to the endometriosis, so don't NOT get this stuff just because I am sharing this, but be aware of it. If you research it, this is a normal thing. I'm not worried, just wanted to share. I will still use this product regularly as the benefits I've experienced trump the cramps tenfold.

My first time using Progesterone. I like that is is a serum rather than a cream for better absorption. I noticed a difference for the better as soon as I started using this. Also I trust this brand, it’s one my doctor always recommends.

Progest-Avail, in conjunction with Gaia Herbs Black Cohosh and Vitex, has helped manage my symptoms of perimenopause. My emotions are more even, my insomnia has gone away, and I'm not losing as much hair. The dropper isn't the best delivery system, as it's easy to drop too much out at one time. No matter how careful I am, some drops drip off my skin before I can rub it in, which bums me out because it's such an expensive product.

I have mixed reviews on this product. I do think it's very potent. I'm young surgical menopause & was placed on estrogen patch only after surgery. I saw a functional health doctor that told me to get over the counter progesterone to balance the estrogen. She told me to start low & slow with the progesterone (since I don't have high estrogen). I started using just 10-12 drops each night at first. I seemed to do fine with that so slowly started increasing the dose. One night I decided to try almost the full 20mg dose which was a horrible mistake for me. I woke up after an hour of sleep with the room spinning like a was drunk or something. I had to sit up in a chair the rest of the night & it took a few hours for the dizziness to stop. I also felt like a surge of anxiety. My doctor said that can happen when you get to much progesterone & told me to stop for a while & then try again but not to use for the a few drops each day. So, I know this stuff does works or does something. One huge negative for me though is the dropper measurements is awful! I think there are actually measurements on the dropper but then are in white lettering so you can't read them at all! So you have no idea how much you are getting! To me that is one huge flaw with this product. Also with regard to dosing I wish they would not just say 1ml is 20mg of progesterone but instead say how many mgs are in a drop. This is why I went with this product over creams is because most all the creams start at 20mg of progesterone per pump. There is no way to find a lesser dose. Since I don't need more then 5-10mgs of progesterone I had hoped I could find that with this oil dropper. But since the droppers dosage markings are unreadable it's extremely hard to know how much your getting. I'm not giving up yet but I need to figure out how many mg are in one drop of this oil & wish they would say the dosage that way instead of saying 1ml = 20mg when you can't even read where the 1ml line is at. Id rather know how many mg is in one drop. To me it has no smell. It hasn't stained my cloths or anything. And I do think it works. But I just wish their dosing was readable on the dropper & wish they would say how many mg are in one drop or two drops vs just saying 1ml = 20mg. To me that is the biggest downfall.

Its oil that doesn't rub into my skin good, you have to let it dry for along time. After using this product once a day my boobs became swollen and very tender. I stopped using and returned it. Get blood work before starting this product.

I've used progest avail for three weeks and all I can say is good things.. Improved sleep, number one and just over all calm. I immediately ordered my 80 year young mother a bottle and again just two drops on her wrist and she is developing a sleeping/resting pattern that she had lost in the last five years. THANK YOU for this amazing product.

Very pleased with this product, I do feel a change in my moods and energy and weight loss. My nutritionis recommend this product on a daily basis to help regulate my hormone levels after a hysterectomy. I use this brand for several supplements and like them all!
