Generally it is a good massage chair, but some technical aspects are disappointing. Noticed the wireless charger wasn't working upon setting up the chair, emailed them about the problem, they sent the email back with list of things to check with pics. Three things on the lists to check they said. It looked like the lists for an electrician. Had to open the chair up, checking connectors, and to check voltage using multimeter(?). My husband did all the things on the lists, concluded it was the faulty wireless charger itself. E-mailed them about the found, no response from them!! We are left to decide whether to return it or fix it ourselves. Hope their customer service improve! Buy it with the risk that if you get the one with problem, good luck getting help from customer service!

Bought this chair 2 months back and multiple people have used it in last 2 months.Pros:1. Looks great. Upholstery is top notch with ambient lights as well.2. Have multiple modes which works well. Each individual can choose based on their needs.3. Multiple massage types provides variety so that you don't get bored over time.Cons:1. A bit big in size and heavy. Plan accordingly since moving it is a pain.2. Its rollers are a bit hard, so people with low tolerance to pressure might not like it.3. Heating feature is not that great and most of the times massage is over(20 mins) by the time pads get heated up.4. App is pretty basic but gets the job done.Overall, everyone who used it liked it. The moment you get out of the chair, you feel relaxed and would want to go to sleep.

Got this today and love it! My in laws were over when it arrived so they both tried it, then my husband and then myself. We all loved it. I’m glad I went last because I sat in it for about 40 minutes I was so relaxed! Before it arriving I was worried it would be able to actually get into my knots and tight areas, but I was wrong! I was so surprised just how deep the massage got! I do a lot of strength training and so my shoulders are always tight, and I could feel the knots getting worked out and releasing! So far we absolutely love it. Was easy to bring in the house, was already put together, and soo relaxing!

I sent it to my parents as a gift and they say they are using it well.I didn't feel good because I left it in the middle of the living room when it was delivered.I hope you take this into consideration... If you pay an additional shipping fee, the service will be delivered to your desired location... in this way....There are no problems with the product and people are using it well, so I am satisfied with it.

This is the first massage chair that we purchased. Happy with the purchase. It is easy to assemble and ready to roll. It provides auto massage options and manual options.It would be great if the product was well inspect before ship because there is a stain on the side of the chair. Another suggestion is that there should be video to explain how to use each option for this modal. And explain how to position ourselves in the massage chair so the roller is placed on the right spots.
