This was ordered on January 12, 2024 and received on January 15, 2024. The date on the bottle is 06/27/2023. I'm not sure if it's expired or if the printed date is the manufacturing date. I think it's a best-by-date but I still took a chance and tried it out. I'm not too much of a stickler for expiration dates but this is way out of field. You can definitely taste the ginseng with a ginseng root being marinated in the liquid. The flavor is pretty good as far as a ginseng drink can be and you do get a rather big 16oz bottle. Even with the large bottles, I feel the price is a little high at $10 per bottle. It does say you can refill it to use again but I'm not sure if you just refill it with water or add other things since the original does have some flavoring other than ginseng. Also, how long should I let it steep? Hot or cold water? Some instruction would be helpful. I am being generous with a 2 star rating for an expired item. I gave it the extra star in case I might be wrong but even on the label, it states that the date is a best by date.

This HARDCORE GORGEOUS LAB Ginseng Tea 6 pack arrived in a fairly large and heavy box. I wasn't sure what was in the box at first since it weighed so much. I opened the box and found a very well-packaged Ginseng Tea 6 pack. It was packed very nicely and tightly. The bottles are made of glass and showcase the large amount of ginseng root in each bottle. They definitely seem like the ingredients are high quality (considering you see the ginseng root in each bottle. Taste-wise, it's ok. I wanted to get something to try instead of the usual energy drinks prior to going to the gym. They definitely don't taste anywhere as good as my usual energy drinks. As far as cost: at first glance, a 6 pack of these bottles (a tad less than 1/2 a litter/normal water bottle size) definitely seems very steep. However, the instructions say you can fill up each one up to 8 more times. That puts the cost close to what I normally pay for my normal energy drinks at our local wholesale store. As far as getting the same boost that I get when I take a pre-workout energy drink, I definitely didn't get the same punch that I get from other drinks. I definitely think I'm consuming something healthier (compared to a carbonated energy drink (Red Bull, Celsius); however, when all is said and done, I will go back to my normal energy drinks. They taste much better and I definitely feel the affects.

Energizing and boosting my energy There are six bottles in the package. There is a ginseng soaked in each bottle. This is the energy drink I’m looking for. It is amazing, boosting my energy right away. It doesn’t have any weird tastes or aftertastes. Sometimes I need to work late, and this one is so energizing, really keeping me awake and focused.

My husband was very excited to receive these drinks. They arrived packaged very securely. His concern is that the date stamped on the bottle says 06/27/2023. The label on the bottle (see pic) says best before that date. That means these are more than 6 months expired! He had a very small taste, so we could report the flavor. He said that it had an earthy root bitter flavor but sweet. However, due to these being expired, he will not be consuming. Overall, we are both extremely disappointed that we were shipped a very expired product.

I ordered these because I thought they were some kind of super health drink. I did not drink a full bottle at once but rather sipped for a few days. I never experienced anything as far as effect. The taste was like a mild sweet watery ginseng. After drinking one and having no changes I decided to read the ingredients. They were difficult to see. Small white font on black paper. I discovered there is a ton of artificial this and artificial that in the drink. Why go through all the trouble of making a drink with ginseng root to pollute it with artificial ingredients? It also was expired, but sometimes expiration dates are not based on if the actual ingredients will break down but a standard label like “one year from manufacture date” etc. I have no idea what the deal is here, but it didn’t taste spoiled. This product is not for me with the artificial ingredients but I am going to try the refill it suggests just to experiment with ginseng root.

With real ginseng root inside the glass bottle which preserve the flavor, come nicely packaged to avoid breakage, very pleasant and satisfying taste, one bottle is big enough to share with my wife who loved it as well. Great idea for a ready ginseng beverage and good quality packaging including the bottles.

I ordered these for my husband as he works night shift and has also recently gone back to going to the gym. I liked that you could refill it 8 times over the course of 8 hrs and reap the benefits of ginseng. He did consume 2 bottles, which was a little hard to review due to the limited chances he used the product. We stopped using due to seeing the date on the bottle marked as 06/27/2023. According to the fine print on the label it is the expiration date. I have seen similar reviews and have not seen any response or clarification from the seller. For safety purposes though we will discontinue to use said product.
