Good little sweeper

Wanted this to replace a worn out sweeper as really good light weight m/c for use by an OAP.Item came from USA and charger was 120v 60hz only.Requested a 240v charger but instead they refunded full purchase price without any fuss - A1Now appears to have been withdrawn by Ontel from sale to UK.

Great item & seller.

Cannot use it because it it has a two pin plug instead of a three pin. Also I was not happy at having to pay a further £11. 19p.

I got a refund as the charger was made for the USA market.

This is a great litlle battery powered Broom. It works on hardwood flooring, tile, stone and light carpet. It will last for years if used for cleaning these areas. It is not designd for heavy carpet cleaning. Almost all of our family have one nd they love it. The family has purchased around 10 of these from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Canada but they are now decontinued here.

Es sieht so aus als ob der Karton mutwillig aufgerissen worden wäre und das deutsche Ladegerät entwendend worden wäre. Wir bitten deshalb uns ein Ersatz Ladegerät zu zu senden. Ansonsten ist alles OK.Bis zum 17.06.2021 wurde noch kein Ladegerät zu gesandt. Sehr schlechter Service!

Buena compra, despues del paso de los meses la fuerza para aspirer va disminuyendo pero yo que tengo 2 hijos y siempre hay boronas en el piso o pedacitos de pan o comida o algo funciona excelente. Creo que para un tema de limpieza mas alta llamese una alfombra por ejemplo este equipo no funcionara en lo absolute funciona ok en pisos es muy ligero eso si y la bateria funciona bien tiempo de uso vs carga

カーペットに絡みついた髪の毛がとても良く取れます。これで３台目です、絡みついたゴミを取るのが面倒ですが軽い使用感と髪が良く取れるのが気に入ってます。

This is a great vacuum for hardwood floors.PROS: I gave it a 5 because I love the convenience of it being a cordless vacuum. I can store it in a corner and just vacuum anytime I see something that bothers me. With this vacuum, I don’t have to put away a cord or plug it in multiple times to vacuum different rooms, I just pick it up and turn it on. Perhaps the 2nd best feature is the drop pan. You just pinch 2 levers on the top of vacuum and all the dirt drops in your trash. I also love the fact it can swivel in, out and under tight spaces easily. It picks up hair, dust and bigger particle items easily.CONS: The vacuum really struggles on my rug. However I do have a shaggy rug with 1” strands a little longer than the average rug but the vacuum slows down significantly and makes a noise as if it was struggling big time. However, it does vacuum my rug just fine but this is more of a vacuum for hard floors. Another problem it has is with small dirt particles. It will pick up dirt, dust, sand just fine but you may have to go back and forth once or twice on certain objects. My biggest gripe is the TV ad for this product gives you 2 sweepers and 2 hand held mini-sweepers for about 15bucks more.However, in spite of all the cons I feel the vacuum’s pros strongly outweighed the cons and It is an excellent vacuum for me because I don’t have a big rug and it does great on hardwood floor. The convenience and great design definitely makes this a great product. It is so easy to use I vacuum every time I see a spec of dirt or hair on the floor.
