I’ve only had this for about two weeks. So far, it is fine, but I cannot give an honest review on the sturdiness or durability yet.

This file folder serves the purpose of holding papers. It's pretty. The bad thing is the alphabet that they gave to put in the plastic so that you can file in alphabetical order does not fit into the slots I tried several times and short of cutting them down to size I wrote on the tabs with the magic marker.

This is a colorful 25 pocket expanding folder. The entire file folder is expandable with the bottom and top expanding together. It includes 24 blank colored labels to stick to the tabs, although any small label would work, these are nice because they fit the tab perfectly and are also color coded to match each section. This allows for quick identification for any filing system that is color coded, sorted with or without the paper labels, which also can be used to organize by alphabet or category. The overall file folder is very light yet it is very substantial and can literally hold thousands of documents. Each section expands to approximately 1 inch. Another Reviewer stated that it should only be used for papers that are 81/2x11 because smaller items can fall through as the bottoms of the folders are not closed. That is not entirely true, each section does have a closed bottom, but there is a small opening at the edge of each section of approximately 1 inch. Therefore, while very small receipts or other items which are not paper could potentially fall through, there should be no issue with any document or paper greater than 1 inch. There is also a mesh pocket under the front flap in addition to the 24 sections. The outside is black reinforced plastic which should hold up well if used as a portable file folder. There is an elastic band that goes around the bottom of the folder and attaches to a button on the top flap to keep everything secure inside.

This accordion file folder should only be used for papers that are 81/2x11. The bottoms of the folders are not closed. Smaller receipts fall through and are all mixed together at the bottom of the folder and hard to retrieve.

This versatile file has 25 pockets, so one can either use it to alphabetize or just use for multiple categories. I’m entering a 2-year stint as leader of a genealogy society with multiple committees. I’ll be keeping progress notes on each and will be bringing the file along with me to our monthly meetings. This entire file, while it can hold a vast amount of information, it is quite light in weight. It has a flap that closes securely with an elastic band that fastens around a button on the flap. An added bonus is the mesh pocket on front, which is also protected by the flap closure.While it comes with a sheet of stickers to add labels to the multiple tabs, the sheet only has 24 stickers but the file has 25 sections. This is because there really are only 24 tabs, there is one pocket in front and one in the back, creating this extra pocket. I wish the vendor had included TWO sheets of the labels, enabling the user to have spares for future use, but what’s included is adequate. I have no idea whether these labels will peel off easily after applied, but I suspect I’ll be covering these included labels later with generic white ones that I’ll purchase separately as my needs change. Another note, these labels have a glossy surface, so very likely that gel pens will smear. I’ll be sure to use a permanent marker to label my files.This file appears to be well made. The front and back panels are black plastic. These panels are edged with a woven band with no sharp or rough edges. The elastic that wraps around the file to hold it closed is strong with a long loop. With effort, the metal clip that holds these straps together can be slid down and the elastic can be lengthened to accommodate the file when completely filled.One question that I had to look up prior to ordering this file…. It holds size A4 paper, which is very close to standard 8.5” x 11” letter-size paper. How about price? I’m always amazed at the cost of office supplies. Even items that don’t appear expensive tend to cost more than I think it should. Compared to similar products at local office supply stores, this file is competitively priced at $16.79.I can’t deduct stars because it did not include EXTRA labels. It has 24 tabs with 24 labels. I bought this product specifically for the ready-to-go pre-made A-Z labels. Was annoyed to find out the labels do not fit into the label holder, they are too large for the slot. I had to cut them down in order to get them to fit.

This is a basic folder. It has a stiffer, plastic outer shell and 11 lighter plastic dividers on the inside. At first I thought the included tabs didn’t fit into the slots, but after several attempts, I got them to fit. It has an elastic cord to secure it over a plastic button. There is no bottom on the dividers, so beware little items may get mixed up in the wrong section.
