Chevy/GM 700R4 Flexible Transmission Dipstick - Firewall Mount by CFR Performance - Dipsticks

This is a nice unit, even if the Transmission end IS plastic. I found some complaining reviews about that. It is good enough and It seems to be a very nice assembly.THe one unfortunate thing about this is the filler "adapter". I'm not certain what I'm supposed to fit that into, but I'll have to modify it somehow. I would think the "uphill end" could have been designed to fit a funnel.I'm having a sealing problem with my 4R70W, but cannot seem to find one of these for that application. Bummer....

Used it on my 700r4 in my K5 Blazer. Upon opening the package, I wanted to return it. Very cheap construction, PLASTIC dipstick. I wanted to return it but it wasnt worth it after seeing the company's return policy so I put it on anyway. After 20 miles it started leaking from both the housing that goes into the transmission AND the coupling where the braided line connects. AND to top off that suck sandwich, the dipstick actually fell out of the the handle.

Looks good... decent length and takes fluid slowly the double o rings that seal the dipstick hole are air tight

Item was better than expected. All aluminum and very good quality especially for the price. Pulled old dip tube out slid this one in and screwed to fire wall. Five minute install.

The piece of clear plastic hose and nipple is for filling. A nice little bonus.

No leaks

Looks really nice and fits perfect on my swap.5.3 LS with a 200r4 trans.Recommend!
