Item arrived broken...top part missing, back cover warped and disconnected from front, loose interior part. Returning.

Needed a remote for 22year old tv.
Bought a Toshiba 19” dvd/tv flat screen 22 years ago. My remote stopped working. I didn’t want universal remote to replace my original. I did some searches on Amazon and just looked at pictures of Toshiba brand remotes. Found one that looked exactly like original so I ordered it. I was just hoping it would work because I’ve dealt with those universal remotes before. They are a pain to set up. I was very surprised when it was delivered and it worked exactly like my old one. No set up needed. Thank you Amazon and thank you Toshiba. Now I’m good for another 22 years.
