This power bank is a must have! It isn’t that compact but the battery packs a punch for it. It has a long lasting battery of 20000mAh. The devices build quality is very high and it even includes corner bumpers to prevent dropping damages. Overall this battery pack has exceeded my expectations.

I love the many options to charge and the fact that I don’t have to keep up with different charging cords. I have used this instead of my normal 2000ah battery bank and the charge last long depending on what you are charging. I generally only charge it once a week or week and a half depending on the use.

Great but the twist handle might not work or it's is very very slow

This item is an emergency battery bank. it is best to charge this in a wall jack but you can charge it with the hand crank in an emergency. I don't know how long it would take but my guess is about an hour of continuous cranking to get a full charge from an empty bank based on my basic test. The solar power panel would do ok in trickle charging to help maintain charge long-term preventing discharge. It is too small to do meaningful charging on an empty bank. It works for my purposes. The hand crank and solar are really only for real emergency situations but if you keep it charged it is a great battery bank for devices when the power is out.

Wish I would have purchased this a long time ago.

I have problems charging my phone, and this bank did it in about 30 minutes without using much of its power. I would say you could fully charge a few phones with one battery. Just plug it in, leave it in the sun, or crank it, and you're good to go! It does take a lot of cranking, but you'll get there. I take it everywhere!

It does hold the amount of battery capacity they proclaim but solar charging is inefficient. I had left it out on a good sunny day all day, did not get one single charge indicator bulb on. Even with it plugged into electrical outlet using usb-c, the charging speed was inadequately slow.

So far so good! Had for over a year now and still has great battery life. Can't imagine not having it
