The flex pipe is as described. Arrived on time. Easier to install than other exhaust work I've done. Fit was good. Sounds good and functions as I hoped. Good quality part.

Works but you'll still have noise
Not as depicted in cross-section picture. Picture shows it has a flexible corrugated metal tube inside the mesh, which would make this connection very quiet. Instead, a lot of air comes through the mesh and it isn't much quieter than the original one I replaced, which had a hole in it. Does appear to be decent quality and will probably last. Just not all I hoped for.
