Works great and the price is right! Installed this exactly as the original was, perfect fit. The car now turns over and starts immediately, it seems to even turn over a little faster than the old original equipment one.

This looks identical to my original starter and it feels heavy and solid just like the factory one. This fitted perfectly in the 2009 Acura TSX. Car started on the 1st turn. Will update the review if it fails prematurely. So far it’s been about 3 weeks and no issue. The check engine light gone. Was getting a camshaft position sensor code but after replacing the sensor the problem still returned. Replacing the starter fixed the issue.Disconnect the battery cables. I would recommend replacing the 4 intake manifold seals and torque the bolts and nuts since the intake is plastic. Don’t forget the one bolt at the bottom of the intake (there is a bracket with a bolt on it that needs to be removed).I also removed the 4 bolts on the throttle body and carefully moved it aside to prevent loosing coolant. Torque these bolts as well.

I bought this to replace the starter in my 2009 Accord 2.4l after it had gone out. Decided to go the cheaper route instead of OEM and ordered this starter. It will fit and does start the car, however, as soon as I installed this starter it kept tripping a CEL for the crank position sensor. I did some research online and these cheap starters are notorious for doing so. I ended up having to buy a brand new OEM starter and having to re-do the job completely, taking up 2 full Saturdays. Needless to say, I can’t recommend this product. If you need a starter for an Accord with the 2.4l, learn from my mistakes and just go OEM.

Good quality after a month or so it works well. It turns over louder than original but is a good product for the price. This starter and original look and feel identical as well as it's weight.

I installed this in my daughter's car 10 months ago. I was skeptical of buying this not only because this was half of what most auto parts stores wanted, but also because of the complexity with accessing the starter in a Honda 2.4l engine and not wanting to risk doing it twice. This starter has performed flawlessly since installed. Knowing how much my daughter drives this car, I can say without a doubt that this starter is solid. We live in the great lakes region and had pretty brutal heat this past summer. It's now winter and even in single digit temps, this starters performance is there. Starter came packaged well and arrived safe. I recommend and would buy it again.

Very good replacement starter for my honda. Fairly easy to install. I saved almost $200.00 by purchasing it through Amazon. Very good buy.
