Living in Florida the humidity is high when it gets into the 80's. I purchased one 2 years ago and loved it, I can my A/C down. My home is 2400sq ft. Now It got a second dehumifier for the of my home where the bedrooms are located and I can turn of A/C for the night and the ait in my home is perfect. Actually if you want moving air use a fan, I do not. I recommend this product highly, if your utility gets too high in the summer. My bill is between 87.00 and 135.00 in Florida previously It was sometimes 250. and more. Buy one larger than what you think you need, it pays for itself. Thanks to Amazon you have a large slecion. Used it quite a bit in a damp basement. Very effective.

Pulled about a gallon of water a day from my bedroom. I like that it shows the current humidity level. Yes, I empty the tank at least twice a day, but that's to be expected, none of these dehumidifiers have large tanks. The full alarm beep is not continuous like someone said. Of you're using the hose make sure your hose doesn't go back up on its way, otherwise the air bubble will force the water to back up and spill on the floor... guess how I know that? I am planning putting it on a high shelf and running a longer, custom hose to my bathroom. My large bedroom feels a lot better, the first day the room humidity went from 68 to 53%. I'd recommend this for any one single large room if you have high humidity. If you have less humid environment I'm sure it would work for the advertised 4500ft²

March 24, 2025 - MUST READ! This dehumidifier worked well for 9 months then the screen malfunctioned and I could no longer adjust the humidity level and the screen digits became distorted and were blinking. Vera, who continuously communicated with me on the replacement to honor their1-year manufacturing warranty was great until the free replacement dehumidifier screen digit showed "CO" (half a zero showed), which means this one is most likely going to malfunction as well. Vera suggested me troubleshoot by trying something specific to see if it corrects and upon trying her suggestion, it did not correct. Because of this, Vera emailed me saying AIRPLUS will provide a full refund and I can order the product again in the future if I would like. Although I appreciate the refund and Vera's quick responses, I did not purchase this product to return and buy again; especially within a 1-year manufacturing warranty. IMO, this shows AIRPLUS is aware of their malfunction, so they do not want to lose more money on the replacement being replaced with a 2nd replacement. This also shows AIRPLUS does NOT back the quality of their product. I also purchased the ASURION extended warranty, so now I have to try receiving a refund for this and dealing with Amazon on receiving ASURION's phone number, Amazon provided a Financial Institution's phone number that has a similar name (must be a Google search by Amazon employee). The email address AIRPLUS's employee named Vera emailed me with an email address that begins with the word "Wolf" and name associated with this email is "Max." After seeing this review, AIRPLUS may change their email address for returns but I wanted everyone to know about this product and how they are not backing the quality of their product so you do not waste your time and or money. This product looks to come from China. I provided plenty of detail so you know I am real and I'm not a bot or competitor bashing this company. This review is solely me expressing my experience for this purchase.

Following discovery and treatment for mold in my home, I was advised by the treatment company to get a dehumidifier for my home.I did some research and settled on this one. Part of the advice I read online was to buy one bigger than what you think you need. So that is what I did. Little did I know that this product would begin to pull almost 3 gallons of water a day out of my home! Where does it all come from? I have no leaks, but I live in a very humid part of the country. So far it has run none stop for 2 months. It shuts off reliably when full. It signals when it needs to empty. The sleeping mode is quiet and runs more slowly, so it can go all night without waking me. I definitely have not regretted it.

Not working right

Living in the south where 100% humidity is daily, this is a must have. This unit is so quiet and consistently keeps the humidity at a level that is very noticeably different when not in use. We noticed that without it on, the "musty" smell returns. Our breathing is improved with its use. Will not be without a dehumidifier and this one is amazing
