Scrumptious.
I add some - not all two cups of - ghee and half-and-half, and these are pudding as we'd want it. Not "decent, considering" but scrumptious.And I find that a minute of beating does it.

Costs a bit more than the major known brand, but tastes great and sets up faster
If I understand ingredients list correctly, this one uses real vanilla and has zero sugar. It also sets up as you mix it so you can use as soon as you finish mixing in 3-5 minutes. Of course, it gets even better if you refrigerate it for a while, but nice not having to wait. We have also used the chocolate and butterscotch versions -- they are excellent too.

Tastes bad!
So disappointing. Prep took more time than Jello and the consistency was watery. Taste was awful. Waste of money!

Great banana flavor
The pudding does have a great banana flavor and the kids like it pretty well. I’ve used it a few times to make a banana pudding with the home made whip cream and vanilla wafers (all sugar free) and has been a pretty good, low-carb dessert. I do find that you have to use more of the packet (I usually use two packets) and less liquid than they recommend in the instructions to get a good pudding product. Works well blended in the Vitamix.
