I don’t like taking massive tablets and fish oil tablets can sometimes be huge so I prefer getting the bottled oil. Only problem is, it is inconvenient trying to measure out amounts using spoons and can be messy. These tackle the problem well. They can be filled to the correct ml amount and it is easier to take with these than with a spoon. Also, for whatever reason, the unpleasant fish taste is less noticeable when using these and they can be washed for reuse or (because they are quite cheap) discarded after use. They are sturdy enough for their use case and the readings are sufficiently clear though not particularly bold. Having said that, once you check the level required once (eg in good light), you can just approximate that level visually next time you use it and you should be within a ml or two.

The medicine cups are so handy and disposable. I have a lot of pills to take and there seems to be more room with the wider rims. They are also great for holding a small amount of glue when doing craft work. It can hold a small amount of paint too when all youl need is a a very small amount for small projects.

Came wrapped in poly bags - 5 x 100 cups. All in a zip-lock bag. Very handy. Each cup calibrated 1/8 - 1 fl oz, 1 - 8 drams, 2.5 - 30 cc, 2.5 - 30 ml and 1/2tsp - 2 tbs. Perfect for airbrush mixing and easy to read. Pretty strong (PETG I think) and translucent enough for mixing.
