Wilkinson WOPB Vari Gauss Ceramic 4-String Precision Bass Humbucker Pickups Set for PB Style Electric Bass, Black

I couldn't believe how good these sound considering what I paid for them. I know Wilkinson makes awesome parts at an affordable price but these vari guass P style pickups really impressed me. They almost sounded like Jazz bass. Very clear and articulated yet they can get muddy too when you roll back the volume. I tested them thru a 20 watt Rumble with all tone knobs at 12 o'clock. That leaves room for more adjustments. Very impressive!

Definitely worth the money. I installed these in a basic Squire P bass and the improvement is instantly noticeable. More pronounced lows, less mids overall and crisper high end. I used a .033uF tone cap with the new pickup. With the tone knob rolled off about halfway off it sounds like the old pickup.

Recientemente le coloque estas pastillas a mi Yamaha rbx260 remplazando las originales que vienen de stock, caben perfectamente en el mismo espacio, traen buena espuma que permite ajustar muy bien la altura deseada en cada micrófono, también trae sus juego de resorte para colocarlos en cada tornillo lo cual hace que el ajuste sea mucho mas preciso. El cambio realmente fue increíble, ahora el bajo tiene un sonido mucho mas definido, gano mucha mas potencia en todos sus rangos, altos/medios/agudos. Tienen un tono bastante moderno, que es justo lo que buscaba, totalmente recomendados para aquellos que busquen hacer una mejora en su bajo sin gastar tanto dinero. El despacho fue rápido y todo llego bien empaquetado.

Absolutely 100% recommend these. Clear and crisp and what you would expect a p-bass to sound like. I used these in a from-scratch build and they were more than exceptional.

One lead on the neck pickup came off taking it out of the box. Soldered it back in place. It’s all good now

Used to replace the pickups on an old Hondo II bass. Exact fit. Great sound. Would recommend.

Was not sure if this was the problem to my bass guitar, but I went for it anyhow and it was in this product is great. My base sounds nice easy to install.

Bought to replace the pickup on a Squier P-bass MIC. Before commencing the replacement, a video was taken of the original being played through my amp at a certain volume. I therefore had a record of the sound. Replacement was straightforward, with new screwholes required due to the originals not being well lined up. A Fender bridge had replaced the original, and with new strings a second video was recorded. The difference in sound quality was noticeable, both in oomph and tonal range. Well worth the effort at a reasonable price.

Sehr gute Ersatz, für kleines Geld. Kamm mit mehreren Einbau Möglichkeiten (Fest, Feder und Gummi Schlauch) Vorgesinnt so das die einfach zu löten sind. Ton ist echt super, und gibt teuren Modellen echt Konkurrenz.
